SwitchEasy TONES for iPhone 5

I don't even bother using them because the only way I've been able to take them out is by using my pocket knife.
Man this is the third time i heard this! Too bad I really like the white color because its perfect matching for the white iphone. I order the white one yesterday but send in a request to change it to blue, not sure if they're gonna able to do it!
FYI - after minimal use I am now seeing the black liner for the camera cutout start to chip off. In addition and upon closer inspection I also noticed a whole row of holes for the mic is covered up by this case. With that being said it still a good case just not the best IMO

I don't like their CS system. They don't even have a phone number that you can contact them and they use paypal to process their sale.
That's disappointing, I wonder if I should just cancel my order an go with the Seidio surface...
i haven't noticed any chipping at all..perhaps your case is defective?... however, it is true the cutout for the mic holes does block one column of mic holes which is only 2 mic holes and looking at the design of the bottom microphone from the teardown, the mic seems to be centered so that one column being covered should have no effect on mic pickup. to each their own however
I also started noticing this. However, the liner isn't really "chipping off" per se, but the black paint is rubbing off ever so slightly. This doesn't really affect the functionality of this case and the problem is only noticeable if you look really closely.
I've now had mine on non-stop since the 4th. No issues whatsoever.
Ordered a military green and grayish blue for my friend a couple days ago through the international store and the package is already here in the Vancouver area. For those of you wary of purchasing due to long shipping wait times it seems like if you're willing to go with a different color other than black and/or white the other colors ship almost instantaneously.

mine came in on Friday. so far so good.
i do really like this case. it is a keeper. the quality is great. it is solid, yet fairly thin.
plus it has a two year warranty if the black paint does end up coming off like some have reported.

I am planning to get this case in white, but am concerned after reading some posts about how the white sis getting blue color on in from the jeans etc.
Also, the options i the switcheasy nude or clear whatever its called.
Which is better? I need to order one today.

The general consensus is that the Tones is an overall great case. Pretty much everyone has been giving it rave reviews, with the only major flaws being that the the black ring surrounding the rear camera may chip off, and of course the white versions of this case may stain when used with jeans. In contrast, from everything i've gathered, many people seem to really dislike the SwitchEasy Nude. But some say it's okay. I'd go with the Tones but if you're going to do white, be careful when using jeans.
I'll post some up when I get it, presumably on Monday.
FedEx doesn't ship to your door on the weekend (here in Canada at least).
