iCloud Syncing Issue with iCloud Notes (Serve Down?)

Is anyone else getting this error suggesting the iCloud serve may be having issues?

Yeah. I'm unable to check email on Mac, iPhone and iPad. I can't log into iCloud via the web either.

iCloud Mail - Issue
Today, 8:41 PM - ongoing
Some users are affected
Users may be unable to send or receive mail.

Maybe it is a regional or country issue. All is working for me in the U.S.

Seems to be resolved but I'm just waiting for that pop-up again.
