I agree. The wording is off but it is most likely implied that it should get here by 9/19. Here’s hoping! Looking forward to a new phone!

Mine continues to move. It's now within a short drive from me and still says delivery is tomorrow. One thing I noticed is nowhere in my UPS tracking does it say that a signature is required. In past years T-Mobile has always required a signature. Anyone else?
Could it be your trade in kit? If it's under a pound, I'd be good money on that.
Maybe? They have never sent me a trade-in kit before. This shipment says it's 0.20 pounds. They have always only provided a prepaid label and I would send the device in, in my own envelope/packaging.
That’s definitely a trade in kit. My UPS tracking shows 1 lb and Signature Required. Also I can see in my T-Mobile account activity an order for a Small Bubble Bag which I think that’s the trade in kit that comes with the iPhone as I don’t have any other UPS package coming.
Either way, I’m planning on bring my trade in to a T-Mobile Experience Store. I don’t want to risk my trade in get lost by USPS.

To those that have tracking - what is the order status on T Mobile saying - does it still show processing? I can’t see anything on UPS My Choice - they won’t let me register my UPS Store Clone Box (porch pirate concerns at the house). The Tmo site says processing.
I was with AT&T for many years. This is the first time doing a phone upgrade with T-Mobile. My order status says it should ship by 9/19. I ordered as soon as ordering started. Just wondering how they usually are with this. Should I plan on it being delivered that day or is that just a general ship date they provide?
It'll be delivered on release day. If you have a My UPS account, there's a good chance you can already see the tracking number.
I ordered on Sunday and not pre-order day. I don't expect to see a thing for another ten days.

UPS My Choice now showing AWU3 Black and iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange shipping labels. Watch coming from Sparks, NV and phone from Jeffersonville, IN, both with 2nd Day Air delivery. Ordered both on 9/13 in the evening.
My watch was updated this morning to Order Completed, Phone is still under Order Processing.
iPhone was ordered right when pre orders went live, Watch was pre ordered the following day at night.
I don’t have a tracking number which i can use to track on ups

PSA: If y’all log into your ups my choice account (or make one) you’ll likely see your tracking info! Mine has been there since Saturday morning, still says “we will provide an estimated delivery date when we receive your package”
My T-Life app doesn't show any tracking numbers. I signed up a few years ago with UPS My Choice and the Watch tracking number showed up on Monday and the iPhone showed up this morning.
Nope, No tracking for me either on T mobile. It’s making me nuts. I’ve seen. No change at since Saturday when they changed my delivery date from 25th to 19th. I check a couple of times an hour (or more). I didn’t receive any notification when my delivery date changed until the next day. That makes me keep checking over and over. This is my first pre-order in a couple of years. I use to upgrade every year, I stopped doing that when there not a lot of changes in the newly released IPhones. This time it should be a pretty big upgrade for me. I’m in a 12 pro max, so really hoping it seems like a pretty great upgrade.
