Every single time, I try to log in To UPS, it says there is a problem try again later
Mine seems to be working fine. Where are you trying to log in? I’m just using the app.
I just got the payment processed email from T-Mobile, but UPS is still stuck at awaiting the shipment.
I pulled up my UPS account.. what do I do after that? Everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked . What do I do first in the UPS app??
Under the profile section, select ups my choice and enter the same address you used to place your order. Enter the same email address you used for placing order. It will then pullup your order in tracking. Its a little frustrating. But it works.

I just changed my UPS setting to have packages shipped to the UPS store in an area where I'll be.
Has anyone’s order shipped? Mine is still waiting to be picked up, I’m starting to get a little nervous 😅

Mine hasn’t yet. But it’s only 8:04am.
One phone has changed its status to “arriving tomorrow by 7:00pm.

I just checked and they “have my package” now! I was expecting an email when it shipped but I guess not. Just the vague “arrives by 7pm” tomorrow as of now for me as well.
I got an alert from apple saying my watch shipped, but there’s been no shift in the ups app. So I’m wondering if there’s a disconnect or some form of system wide issue with updating. All of the Items have been in “the shipment is ready for ups” stage for a few days now.
Where did yours originate? Anyone's package in Jeffersonville, IN been picked up yet?
One of my phones has been picked up from there. But not the other 2. Despite all three being ready for UPS. It’s kind of odd.
My watch is coming from Apple in TN.
I ordered my blue 2Tb 17 pro max at the store in the afternoon on 9/12, so i wasnt expecting to receive it tomorrow. my UPS account shows it’s in Louisville, KY, and scheduled for delivery to SF, CA, tomorrow. I got the payment confirmation from T-Mobile late last night. No shipping email from T-Mobile, but I did receive eSIM setup instructions at 6:15am pacific.
I got in at 7:59 on the T-Mobile app and the process was extremely quick!
