Sigh... I had the option to do so as well, but when I asked if I should here, many said not to... When I started to realize that I probably won't be getting it on time, the phone was pushed to 10/03 :(

Awe man :/ that sucks. Make sure you tweet at them. They have to really cop a lot of flack for this in order for them to consider cleaning up their act.

Atlanta. Like I said it could be worse. But it would have been Friday if it weren’t for their head scratching change in delivery policy this year. They need to fix that mess for next year.

Ordered at 3:50 a.m. on pre-order day (I woke up at exactly 3 to order, app or website wouldn't allow me to order online so I had to go with customer rep chat - they took almost exactly an hour to complete my order)
Charged Sunday morning
I've had a tracking no. since Monday
I choose ground shipping because usually it ships/delivers withing two days and I wasn't offered free next day or 2nd day shipping.

I do not have an origin scan, it doesn't show as departed, It still says "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated."

I'm pissed, to say the least.


Anyone else in DC with ground shipping, I was hoping to have my new phone before my flight tomorrow night, but guess not!

I'm really sorry for the people who didn't get the next day air service . I guess it varies on what rep you get .Not only did the rep waived my 20 dollar processing fee over the phone , he even gave me free overnight shipping . but it's still early just hope for the best and maybe luck will strike tmr and the phone will be there .

I’m refreshing nonstop... but on my daughters scholarship page waiting for funding. There was a screw up with 800 families and well, it is supposed to drop today.

I’d rather be refreshing for my phone though! Lol
 
Ok, I've got origin scan (ground shipping) and the delivery date to Los Angeles is unavailable lol
 
I've been silently observing.. Ordered every new iPhone since the 4.. I've been with T_mobile for several years and I'll say the pre-orders never go smoothly, sadly. I told myself I'd switch to Apple's iPhone upgrade program this year but decided I'd give T-Mobile another chance with JOD... Huge mistake I guess.

I ordered by phone at midnight PST--3 AM EST. I had them process two separate orders--my iPhone XS Max 512GB SG and then my Watch SG aluminum. My phone phone order has a timestamp of 3:15 AM EST and my EIP/lease agreement was signed by 3:18 AM EST. My Watch order has a timestamp of 3:22 AM EST and I got the confirmation email of my signed agreement at 3:24 AM EST.

I have seen no charges to date for my phone on my credit card. status says processing with estimated ship date of 9/21-10/02. I see a pending charge for my Watch which had a ship date of 9/21-9/21. Also, I see a shipment from T-Mobile in My UPS with a delivery date of tomorrow, has a weight of 1.7 LBS... I am sadly assuming this is just my watch at this point.

Totally sucks to not get the phone on launch day. This is the most exciting time of the year with a huge let down. Most likely this will be my last T-Mobile pre-order.
 
Origin scan in Louisville. 5 hours away from me. But no estimated delivery date still. "Information unavailable"
 
256GB Max Grey ordered 12:37AM launch day, CC charged 9/18 AM, IMEI issued on EIP plan 9/19 AM. Order changed to shipped status approx 2:30PM 9/20 PDT with tracking info. Tracking shows 9/21 delivery. When I ordered via website, the only shipping that was free was 2-day and that's what I selected, but the UPS tracking shows overnight delivery. I did not have any discussion on this with a TMo support rep.
