Carrier T-Mobile 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

ok finally checked my ups again now my ground shipping changed to 9/26 next wednesday im sorry but t mobile knows how to get money on down payments give everyone 2 day shipping automatically just my 2 sense.

I recommend you to stay with Tmo, and if they deliver the phone late, get store credit (like$50 or $120 your down payment lol).

Was he offered shipping methods? If not he's probably looking at delivery on Wednesday if it ships by 9/21. Slim chance for tomorrow. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Smh...just got Origin Scan. Re-Scheduled delivery for 9/25 now.

Ground shipping two phones with two different labels.

One got an origin scan an hour ago and will be delivered tomorrow.

The other one still no movement, crossing my fingers to get it also tomorrow, anybody knows how late can I get an origin scan?
 
My two watches were charged for this morning. Still waiting for tracking info. Have mychoice app, which is where phone tracking info showed up initially. My phone is on way, but still does not show shipped on tmo app or website. Pretty silly.
 
Now my UPS tracking says 9/20 by End of Day. Ground. But no departure scan, no movement, nothing. Lol what.

During the iPhone 7 plus fiasco, I spoke with someone from John Legere's Office of the President reps and they were able to credit $150 for charging me for next day shipping when I didn't receive it until the following Tuesday. I tried doing the same on my fiance's preorder and they said "I noticed they credited you already $150 for your first preorder and unfortunately cannot credit past that amount." So it is possible to try and get more, just an FYI for everyone else.

So to recap I ordered as soon as preorders went live. JOD so had to call in. Was not given shipment options. They apparently gave me ground. Just got origin scan. Showing 9/22 delivery. A day late. Could be worse but I’m still pissed. They could have let me know the options.
