No, it's staffed by T-Mobile T-Force Reps.. They have way more pull than a normal CS Rep within the company.

I edited out his phone numbers, because I know a bunch of you crazies would blow up his phone.

Updated my sig, I think my T-Mobile page remains the same and my CC is either charged already or is pending. I'll check ASAP.
 
i just got charged! i get notifications from my bank and i was just charged by Tmobile for my Jump order placed Sunday. Nothing on my order placed Friday Morning, yet.
 
For people who are getting charged, did it say backordered with date, or backorder without a date?

Can you post your estimated order time in EDT
 
My bank is always slow on telling me charges... Yea, Really need to get that fixed.

So I'll be hoping that the same things that are happening on your ends are happening here.

Ordered at 7:22am EST that day.
 
I just got charged for my order. I ordered on the 12th around 7 PM and payed for expedited shipping. Something must be happening.

I have no backordered date on mine. Shipping estimate day disappeared yesterday.
 
Ordered T-mobile iPhone 6+ 64gb Space Grey. 9/12 around 3:20PM PST. Signed the EIP right after. Didn't see any status update on the tmobile.com/orderstatus page besides order placed. Called Tmobile on 9/15 to find out my order was not pushed through. Lady talked to supervisor and pushed my order through for me. Saw a charge for the downpayment + tax on my Chase account that day (9/15). Hopefully made the 1st batch.

lol, you guys all think that a certain thing is how they are doing this.. I imagine they are matching phones with when the order was placed.. Stop trying to figure out if/when you are getting your phone. It will come.. Might not be on Friday, but it will come.. T-Mobile isn't go to take your money and just leave. lol
 
I just set up an account alert on my American Express so that if anything over $200 was charged, they'd send a text! I'll know the minute they run my card. :-D
