T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I still don't have a delivery date, but My T-Mobile says pending shipment. Got charged the $46 in taxes and shipping today. I'm in Philadelphia. Hopefully it gets delivered this weekend or maybe even Friday! I'll keep everyone updated! Oh, and by the way, thanks for this thread everyone. It helps to be able to relate to people in the same situation.

It's obviously being handled alphabetically, through a lottery or a wheel of fortune. No one will ever figure it out.

Suggestion: We need volunteers to cancel their orders so the rest of us can get bumped up. Be a gentleman and take one for the team. If you have a 5S, cancel your order and wait it out.

Both 6+'s I ordered on the 12th were charged the following morning for the full price. Not the $1 or pending, but charged then. Through JUMP! online by the way.

But seriously, stop calling the TMO reps if you have already spoken to them, they can't give more information than they already have, they are doing their best.
 
Ordered tonight... No clue when it will arrive! :p

But, going to be nice to get that iPhone 6 coming from my iPhone 4!!!

Bring on the space gray 64 gb, although I'm worried about moving from Verizon to be honest. My coverage is better than my daughter and boyfriends. Guess I will be hoping we go LTE up here soon.

The only real indication we have now is if you had a pending authorization and you're being charged now for the full amount of your order. Those that were charged the full amount on their order dates have no real way of telling if order is getting ready to ship according to what I've read.

i just checked my CC account again and i have two separate charges for the 6 and 6+ today for my order at 4:25am PDT on 9/12. up until this afternoon it had only showed a pre-authorized amount for the total that was placed on 9/12. so, i'm guessing that they're shipping my 6 and 6+ soon.

Sadly, it was pointed out in this thread and other forums though that if it was charged the full order amount before today, it doesn't indicate anything unlike those who are seeing charges today which indicates a strong possibility of shipment.
 
I don't know if cards being charged has anything to do with shipping. My card was charged 1 dollar on 9/12 then an hour later same day charged for the full amount.

Now this is the first I've seen for a 6+ legitimate shipping indicator. Lucky guy!!! :D

Spend $25 on that new t-mobile cell router they have.. hookup to WiFi and get full bars.
 
Odd... Had the whole charge pending for a 6+ 64gb silver 170.19 pending since Friday 530 am. Never had a estimated date since I'm a new customer and can't log into anything. Checked the 800# and chat online and all said back ordered. Now I got an additional pending charge from tmobile for 99.29. Did I order 2 phones lol?
 
I now have 2 new charges from T-Mobile on my account:

One for 59.98 and another for 51.99 on top.

I also still have the authorization charge for 146.52 on my account... Assuming that will drop off tomorrow.


I ordered a iPhone 6 16gb Silver and a iPhone 6+ 16 GB space gray
 
I am in the phone with a customer service rep asking what the status of my order was and she says it's pending shipment. I am thinking the order status feature online isn't up to date as it still says order placed online.
Maybe try calling a rep to get a live status? Just my opinion.

Aware of that but I'm still hopeful considering someone posted earlier CS said people who ordered on Friday before noon will be in the first batch most likely (also I can't see if that was just a pre-auth or full charge on that day).

Gonna stay hopeful!
 
Tmobile just charged my CC. This is in addition to the preauth they charged on Friday.

Yeah I signed it and they sent it back with a copy for myself which I printed out and that's when I got another email saying it's processing
