T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I called the robot lady and I HAD 5 phones ORDERED ON MY ACCOUNT for ONE LINE WTF!!
I nearly died
BRUUHHH
And to add insult to injury my order that is Backordered on my account on the website isn't listed there!
So I would have to call customer service ASAP right?

I am so hoping my phones are on one of those planes!

There's been around 3-4 planes land today from China using UPS and what not. Another 2 just landed in the past 15-20 minutes and 3 more are about to land.

If this 747 was holding approx 200,000 iPhones do the math. That's around 8 in total today or so I believe.

That's 1.6 million iPhones or so, perhaps 2 million in total so far over the last couple days.

Call CS ASAP because they'll either:

A) Charge you for all which you don't want
B) Cancel all orders for spam protection
C) None go through because of Credit Card scam protection.

I hope I get one tomorrow as well. Being that I was charged I believe that it has to have been shipped. T-Mobile only charges once that process has started.

I think we are pretty much fine since we just have the 6. I think alot of this mess applies only to those that have the 6+ since that was the phone with such high demand.

The robot lady said all 5 were cancelled due to no EIP being signed but I signed and have confirmed an EIP on a White 64Gb iPhone 6+. But that order number wasn't in their system.
Regardless I will call them tomorrow at 6 a.m central time as I am dead tired I think if I called them I would just get mad.
I did read about people signing EIP but the EIP confirmation not going through and the CS rep "pushing it thorough" according to other users

Not if he ordered directly through apple

I ordered the 6+s through T-Mobile and the cases through the Apple store.

The package weighs 0.60 lbs... The iPhone 6+ weighs 0.3 pounds so it's probably just the case :/ (I imagine a fully boxed iPhone weights more than a pound)
