When speaking to a rep over the phone earlier.. bout an hour ago he said there is a good chance a bunch of people will see their devices arrive before they even get a chance to fully update everyones accounts. So don't be surprised if some phones make it to you before you expect them to.

Good luck everyone! Be back tomorrow.

My coworker and I ordered the same day (Friday 9/12) - he was able to get his order in at 6am PST (not JUMP). I'm a JUMP customer and couldn't get my order in until 6pm PST.

He has been charged, I haven't. They aren't sorting by geography :/

EDIT: Both phones are getting shipped to Orange County, CA

This is also happening to me. I got charged, ordered at 6 a.m. pst. I am not jump and I am a brand new customer. Five lines. Signed my EIP quickly online. Ordered 3 6+ and 2 regular. Honestly, this whole process has been smooth, I'm guessing i'm one of the only few. Although I am disappointed they havn't given delivery dates, I think they are possibly receiving their stock from apple last on the priority list due to some type of agreement with "contract" carriers. Only thing that upset me was that I have never received a delivery date as it only shows my order online and that it was placed. "Backordered" on the phone.

Is there anyone who got shipped a 6plus after 10 am lets try to see if we can find some time of cutoff as of now. Of course and hopefully more are shipped out with in the next day

What I don't understand is... weren't JUMP customers supposed to have priority for weekend preorders?

It just doesn't make sense, I ordered my 6+ around 4:50 am PST, and nothing except dollar holds on my account.

So i ordered 5 lines, and was just charged like some people on here. Instead of originally charging me lump sum of X from tmobil, they decided to charge 3 different amounts that add up to $50 less than it should be, which are my 5 sim card charges. I know I havn't been charged for them. Something to think about when it comes to shipping. Why would they charge for the phones but not the sim? I dont think the sims have been processed yet (payment wise), therefore the phones havn't shipped?

Guys try tracking by reference number. Do not click Mail Innovations, select Package and enter your phone number (ex 281*******) and enter the FULL zipcode (9 digits). This worked for 1 of my orders that I got through UPS My Choice, not the second package I have. Maybe it will work for you guys! :)

Does it say when it was shipped and when you will get it?

I'm a existing customer. Maybe I'll get charged tomorrow, but I should of at least been in the first batch.

Posts like this is giving me hope. My buddy ordered after you (new customer) and had his card charged today. Maybe they are just processing orders randomly (???)

Four more planes about to land in Louisville from Anchorage (where the chinese planes/ships go I believe). Let's hope there's more 6+s for T-Mobile in there ready for us
