Called the robot and she told me it was shipped yesterday. Regular shipping. I have a tracking number but no info yet. Tried to attach a screenshot of my tmo page as well as I checked that straight after! When I went to bed it sti said back ordered.

Over the phone starting at 3amI don't see how anyone was able to pre-order from T-Mobile's site at launch. I checked from 3-6AM and the site never updated or even showed a pre-order option.
I ordered the same phone I have no charged no updates :/ and I'm pissed too lolI ordered in store 9/12 4pm, none JUMP, 128GB Gold 6+ with over night shipping.
I have no charges and I'm still back ordered.
I'm pissed seeing people who ordered after me are getting charged and ship notices.

I've been trying hard to be patient with this whole process but I'm growing rather annoyed. I ordered a 64GB iphone+ space gray and successfully submitted EID at 3:13am PST through the business line. I received both an order confirmation and back order email. I never received a tentative ship date, charges to my card or shipping notices. I'm frustrated that orders significantly after mine have gotten traction, yet mine sits stale. What's the point of any pre order if nothing is processed in order? I really hope that my phone arrives in the appropriate order, because this is just terrible.
Anybody else get charged a second time last night but still back ordered on the 800 number?
