i called and it said my order was backorder even tho they just charged my card.
im not worried lady i talked to before said they are trying to ship out all phones before the 19th so they get there right at the 19th.
she said it said backorder for everyone but i will get it the 19th

I'm up SUPER early, but I would expect a lot of posts like mine in the next couple hours as people wake up. There must have been a good amount of activity overnight or they updated their systems over at Tmo.

Called the robot and she told me it was shipped yesterday. Regular shipping. I have a tracking number but no info yet. Tried to attach a screenshot of my tmo page as well as I checked that straight after! When I went to bed it sti said back ordered.

Yep! Not sure how long it'll take, two days seems like a tall order for UPS lol. probably mondayish I'm thinking.
Where do you live at? I am in AZ I wonder if there is a chance we could still get them by Friday.
I ordered two iPhones 6 (one space gray and one silver, both 64 gb) on 9/12 at 6:12 am EST by calling in as online orders were not going through. I didn't JUMP, just got a regular EIP. My card was billed 9/16 at 2:19 pm EST.
I keep on checking the t-mobile site and get an error message that their systems area not available. Also, I checked the UPS site by tracking the order through my phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX (per t-mobile's instructions). I even called 800-672-5390 and got a back ordered status.
I honestly believe I'm one of the first people to pre-order on t-mobile (not unlocked) and it would suck if I don't get the phones on Friday. Really annoyed here.

I'm in PA. If they're leaving out of TX, you probably have a better shot than I
although it all depends on routes, I've seen them get pretty convoluted before.I kinda hope I get my case before I get my phone anyway
I'm non-jump, ordered on 9/13 with overnight. No tracking yet, but did get charged.
I ordered as a new, non-JUMP T-Mobile customer via the website at 4:45AM. One Space Gray, 64GB 6+ via EIP. I have been charged, but no shipping updates at all.

Apple store Thursday night it is for me smh. Really hoped I didn't have to drop full retail at apple but it's looking like it now smh
I don't see how anyone was able to pre-order from T-Mobile's site at launch. I checked from 3-6AM and the site never updated or even showed a pre-order option.
I ordered in store 9/12 4pm, none JUMP, EIP, 128GB Gold 6+ with over night shipping.
I have no charges. Never received a ship date and I'm still back ordered.
I'm pissed seeing people who ordered after me are getting charged and ship notices.

I've been trying hard to be patient with this whole process but I'm growing rather annoyed. I ordered a 64GB iphone+ space gray and successfully submitted EID at 3:13am PST through the business line. I received both an order confirmation and back order email. I never received a tentative ship date, charges to my card or shipping notices. I'm frustrated that orders significantly after mine have gotten traction, yet mine sits stale. What's the point of any pre order if nothing is processed in order? I really hope that my phone arrives in the appropriate order, because this is just terrible.

I ordered an hour after you, same method same phone. Spent that hour trying to get the website to take my payment. At 4am PST undecided to call and got my order in. No charge, no update. I'm hoping tomorrow changes things. I know the 6+ had manufacturing delays, but I hope I get one Friday.
Woke up for work. Still no charge.
