I ordered in store 9/12 4pm, none JUMP, EIP, 128GB Gold 6+ with over night shipping.

I have no charges. Never received a ship date and I'm still back ordered.

I'm pissed seeing people who ordered after me are getting charged and ship notices.

I just checked. My back order status changed from back ordered 9/13, to back ordered 9/17 3:20am.
 
WTF TMobile? Now backordered from the 17th at 3:20AM? It was 12th at 1:30PM last night. Ugh.

I reached out to tmobile and a supervisor on the line and it was a horrible experience. I indicated that a lot of people are receiving:

1. full charges after preauth
2. shipping confirmation and tracking numbers

He said "I would love to see it" and I said perfect what's your email address / fax number? He said you can't send it to me. So then, why say you would like to see it if you knew the customer cannot send it to you? Seriously that to me says hey you're saying the customer is wrong and you're sticking to your story which is BS :mad: He said after 15 minutes of this, I'll reach out to my suppliers on the west coast to see if we're sending this information out. I said I'll follow up tomorrow but that was a terrible CS experience all across the board. I work as a customer service agent and I would honestly never tell someone I'd like to see it if I had no way of seeing what the client is seeing in any way. And a supervisor said that...

This entire launch has been terrible. I submitted my preorder over the phone at 5:40 AM CST, signed the EIP at 6 AM, order processed at 8 AM, backordered, backordered, and a new back order. This misinformation is making be slightly frustrated. But I'd be less frustrated if tmobile customer service had a cohesive message. Support was disparate, almost confrontational, and it makes me wonder why I'm with tmobile still for 11 years.

No Payments pending or cleared
One ordered at around noon other around 2pm PST.
First order just changed to 9/17 BackOrder Second order still says 9/13 BackOrder.
First Phone is a Silver 64gb plus. Second Phone is a Space Gray 64gb Plus.
First Phone is a Jump upgrade. Second Phone is a new eip on a Byop plan.


Much Confused over all of this, there doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to whos getting processed first.
 
Mine now says "BackOrder 09/17/2014 at 03:17:59 AM".

Weird, it said 09/12/2014 at 09:58:59 AM before.
 
I made the switch from ATT to tmobile for my wife and I yesterday. They offered me a guaranteed 16gb iPhone 6 friday but I couldn't do with just 16gb so I ordered a 64gb space gray iPhone 6 last night (16th). Hope I get it on the 19th or soon after, want to completely get away from att but need a phone to cancel my line.

the wife got a new S5...ew

both got not he jump program as well
 
I'm beginning to see why some folks prefer lining up at the Apple store lol. The last 4 1/2 days refreshing have been horrendous. I feel I may need to seek help after this.

This is disappointing. Was advised over and over I would received the device on or before 9/19.

I did that for the 5 At the Apple Store in Fresno 2 years ago. Was exhausted the next day due to having to get there around 9pm the previous night, Was #3 in line though. :D
 
By the end of the day if I don't have tracking info or at least the money is pending from my bank account ima call. I ordered 6plus gold 64gb new customer

Can we post proof of shipping confirmations and stuff? because of my experience I will be calling back and ask to speak to someone higher than the supervisor at that branch that was absolutely insulting in this experience

Same thing happened to me… Lol I'm so confused i thought them taking out the money meant they were shipping? thats what they had been preaching "we won't take your money out of your CC until the order ships"

if you did not get charged as me your order could been backorder what date you order it ??? when you call 1800 number what it say ?

For those of you saying your $1 processing/pending charge was removed. Maybe you're thinking that tmobile removed it but it wasn't. Pending charges that remain on someone's account automatically fall off after a few days. With Bank of America it's about 3 business days.

Hope this helps ease some of your frustration.
 
ordered yesterday and just called the number. it just says my order is being processed. Didn't expect much of a different answer having only ordered yesterday though.
