EIP was signed and went through confirmed by the order department while I was still on the phone. Said order placed now today the hold for full amount was gone and my order was cancelled for no reasons.

I think i'm just going to have to accept the fact that even though I went through the stress of pre-ordering the day pre-orders were open, and paid the extra money to get overnight shipping, i'm not getting my phone on release day. They're saying that they're not shipping phones until Friday, so I guess i'll just have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. This will be my last time pre-ordering anything from T-Mobile, unlimited data is a beautiful and rare thing, but I don't think it's worth this headache.

T-Mobile is really behind on Apple products, this is only the first time they have done a preorder for iPhone. It's a mess and its frustrating, but its a big learning experience for them.

Has anyone who ordered IN STORE get their card charged in the last two days? Did you use JUMP! ?

I ordered a 6 and a 6+ in store on Friday 9/12. The 6 has been charged to my credit card, but still waiting on any shipping status. The 6+ has not been charged to my credit card yet.
 
Now i'm being told that it's noted on my account that I am to receive my phone on Friday. I am done, I can't take this anymore.
 
When I call the Robot Lady and give her my order number, she says "Hmm, I wasn't able to find that order."

JUMP customer here. Ordered at 2 p.m. on 9/12.

I hate the robot lady.

Robot lady tells me my order is backordered. I ordered a 6 64gb space gray on Friday the 12th.
 
Idk but I was charged today! I haven't been charged yet until now for my full order
But the thing is I don't know when I was charged today but being hella sketched I added jump to my plan before I had checked

Well, I hope they truly learn within the next year how intensely wanted the new iPhone is and always will be. This isn't a Galaxy we're talking about, I really hope they have it together next year.

What phone did you order and when and was it thru jump?

I ordered two iPhone 6 Plus 128GB one silver and one gray.

Standard EIP upgrade, no jump.

Haven't been able to use the online order page since Friday and still can't. Robot lady still says back ordered.
 
Robot lady says backordered... ordered on the 12th at 6:15 AM PST iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Silver NO JUMP over the phone. Was just charged on my card an hour ago... :eek:
 
in my perfect world I'm hoping all orders were shipped for friday delivery and tmobile is ****ing with us and not giving us the tracking info so we can be surprised lol.
