Just checked my account and i have been charged

I preordered my 128gb 6plus gold in store on 9/12 at 940 am est and i did not have jump
 
Pre-ordered on the phone with tmobile on 9/12 @ 4:12 am. Signed EIP @ 4:20 am. Confirmation came in @ 6:45 am. Card was charged 9/16 @ 12:19 pm.

Get a backordered message when I call the robot and an error message on the tmobile site saying their systems are currently unavailable.

Anyone getting that same message?

I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 16gb in Space Grey on the 12th of September, around 9:30am at a T-Mobile retail store, and I still have not been charged, my order-status has still not changed (it still says backordered). I also don't have any shipment ETA, even though I paid 24.99 for UPS Expedited Next Day shipping, because the in-store rep assured me that if I had that I would be receiving my phone on the 19th.
 
Well I just got off a chat with CS and they said my device should be shipping in 1-4 weeks. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!

Give it until tomorrow. I'm sure all of us are going to know where we stand by then. It wouldn't be fair or practical to deliver a phone on the 19th if you weren't at least notified by the 18th.

We've all seen how hit and miss CS can be. Lets not forget the "UPS is closed on Thursday" line. lol

The online chat people are useless. 1-4 weeks is the standard cookie cutter answer they give to everybody to keep the line moving. If you want a real answer, call CS and insist on speaking with a manager.
 
I think what's ridiculous here is that the reps have overpromised and underdelivered. In the retail world, that's a huge no-no. If I had been told "Hey, you may get your phone next week," I would have been like "OK. Can I line up the morning of?" and just got it this way.

I'm holding out hope that they did bump everyone to overnight, but excuse me if I'm a little skeptical.
 
I spoke to CS a few minutes ago, and I was told that ETA shipments for over the phone orders, online orders, and in-store orders have all different inventory. So CS reps that have told people estimated shipment dates aren't really being accurate.

I ordered 9/12 at 9:30am EST with Overnight shipping.

Order status is still showing BackOrder 09/17/2014 at 03:17:50 AM

Idk how much this will help any of us but both my mom and the other lady that works in my office have ATT, they BOTH ordered several hours after I ordered my phone, and both have tracking numbers with delivery for Friday by 3pm. Neither ordered overnight shipping.

I know its ATT, but, maybe we will get ours on Friday too!

darn...well the CS on the phone and the CS online chat said I should be receiving first shipment and get mine no later than next wednesday (because it shows ground shipping) I hope they are getting enough phones for us all and it is just taking time to update everything.
