I looked up my "reference" number (i.e. my T-Mobile phone #) and was able to find my tracking number like that. On the T-Mobile order page, it still doesn't show the tracking and lists it as follows:

I'm pretty furious with T-Mobile right now. I placed my order at 11:55PM PST on 9/12 after being on the phone over 3 hours getting this order placed I was guaranteed by the sales rep that I would receive the phone by 9/19, now tonight I get the email quoting 9/22-9/30. I called and spoke to several different reps and all they could do was apologize and blame apple for the problem. They said there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they could due to fix my order or for the incontinence. I'm starting to wonder if this was a bad move switching to T-Mobile from Verizon. Then the rep didn't even know what a CellSpot was and said I had to go in store to get one after realizing that I was asking about and I quote "The WiFi thing".
Not to mentioned your card isn't suppose to be charged until it ships and mine was charged on 9/16. I'm pretty pissed at this whole situation. 9/22-9/30 is a big deal to me seeing as 9/30 is over a week from the release date when I was guaranteed 9/19 when placing the order.

I still have yet to get a email or a text.

I feel your pain. I got my order through at 3:30 AM on the website. One of the very first order when the iPhone won't lie. And I got the text telling me that I was going to get my phone next week.
Give it a break and consider yourself lucky you're not getting it sometime in October. After all, you preordered over 20 hours after it was first possible.
Seriously, 1 week wait is not even remotely the end of the world. Some people have 6+ week estimated ship times (see Apple.com thread, ATT thread). some people from T-Mobile have been given NO ESTIMATED DATE yet (myself included).
I would be thrilled to be confirmed to be receiving my phone within 1 week of Friday.
That said, what model did you order?

Yeah, I'm starting to get worried man. All they did was charge my card. I still haven't recieved any communication. :-\
I ordered just 2 hrs into Pre-Order 2:00a PT. First come first serve BS.
Thinking that my order is being shipped from T-Mobiles new shipping Facility (Uranus). Not sure where thats located. Don't see the dang place on the ups flight tracker.

"Thank you for your iPhone 6 Plus pre-order. Great news you should receive your device on Friday. We will send another notification once your device ships, which will include tracking information. "
...interestingly, that showed up in my inbox this afternoon without me noticing. I was too busy checking my credit card, the T-Mo site & MR forums to notice I guess. No change in the site; still shows only "order placed". I also called Robot Lady (just before I got the email) & she said backordered.
...Now I am kinda torn. I accidentally ordered Gold. I do not want gold....have a Space Gray on order with ATT...but I do not want ATT and it's not scheduled to arrive for another couple weeks. Hmmm..

How are you aware of apple's stock on launch day? Do you work at an Apple Store?
Its things like this that kinda makes me feel like I'm a dog who just did its business inside the house.... Like getting your nose rubbed right on that mess!

I'd post the tracking number but then someone could change it.
and since I put it on hold the tracking only says "exception" now
but i'll post the ups page that shows when shipped and overnight delivery.

Lol, I wish I could log into an account to see something. Being new sucks. I've always ordered my iPhones through Apple, and the only reason I did it through T-Mo was to get the ETF refunded.
Otherwise, I'd already have a damn idea of when I was getting my phone!
