iPhone 6 Plus 16GB (Silver)

Read 234 Pages of posts... to catch up and i gotta say reading all the frustration that is currently going on in this Forum has calmed me down about the crazy junk going on with my account and phone.

I also ordered the iPhone 6 Plus 16GB (Silver) on Friday around 5pm
and I have gotten all the texts people have been talking about on here and even the emails, that were time stamped from hours ago but were apparently sent late? or too much clutter for the email to arrive on time?

So far, My account on my tmobile has showed little to no updates. since the day i ordered it, remained with no information till earlier the 17 with "BackOrder 09/17/2014 at 03:20:15 AM " and then the backorder on the top of the page changed to "Pre-Order" with a pink check mark.

So people talking about what has been going on with their accounts kinda just made it ease about my own drama here ( although im literally just been an impatient little girl, knowing Friday all information should become clear. )
 
Make sure your address and all personal info is entered in for where your pkg is coming to.. I can't remember the exact page but it shows a huge calendar with days of the month it actually shows your orders on this calendar

So if you don't have an id you won't get it shipped tomorrow
That text message has seriously gotten me out of sorts:/

At this point ignore t-mobile messenger because if your one of the first shipments you'll sign up on my choice ups, click on tracking at the top of the page.. then select ups my choice.. if ups has created a label associated with your order numbers through t-mobile it will show all days of the month blank except your delivery dates.. do not enter your t-mobile order numbers anywhere. Ups doesn't recognize these.
 
Ok so my order for the iphone 6 128gb went through sat evening since then many different reps told me my order was canceled and i had to redo my pre order so on the 16thi placed another order but 2 hrs before they charged my cc and i didn't notice so i called cs again trying to figure out what order went through my original order from the 13th said back ordered eta 9/24 then new order from 9/16 said processing eta 9/20...... so i spoke to a supervisor which told me not to worry the other reps were wrong and my order was never canceled and since they took the money i should get the phone maybe by sat.... could hours later i got a ups notice and tracking# then 2 hrs later i got the email for Friday delivery......

Just letting everyone know sometimes you just have to wait it out this while time i was told a million different things wasn't expecting until October or late September now I'm getting it Friday

Worst case scenario, everyone signs up. Set your ups account to notify you of any pkgs coming and wait for their response by text, email. They will let you know. I actually wish I'd figured this out sooner. Less of a headache wondering.
 
I got a story most of you probably haven't heard yet on this thread maybe some suggestions would help? I had my business rep (good friend of mine) handle my preorder as an upgrade on my 2 lines (no other devices were previously on eip either). His order for my phones went in so early on the eip agreement I signed and even online at tmobile showing order status it shows my order date as 9/11 and back order date as 9/12. I ordered one 6+ space grey and one 6 silver. Both say order date 9/11 and back ordered 9/12. No updates on shipments, no texts, it delivers to my office so ups choice doesn't work on commercial properties so no dice there. Called tmobile rep and was also told that they were on back order and it would be weeks before I get my phone (but they truly don't know what's up or so it seems). So where do yall think I sit with my situation? Crazy right? I also leave town Saturday for a week so was hoping to have my phones before leaving of course!
 
wait, so yall can log onto tmobile and see your order status? it's been telling me "unavailable" since friday. i thought they just took it down because of the fiasco. I've not been able to check my order status on tmobile.com one single time.

Yes as long as you have your Oder number and shipping zip code on my tmobile at the top click support and then a link for order status comes up. You can then submit the info requested to see your order!

I been logged on all day checking that and ups it should also be under your alerts tab if you are primary account holder. .... i gave up on robot bytch

Yes. I signed it all online electronically and got confirmation emails from tmobile. My rep said the charges would be billed to me on my bill since I didn't give him payment info. He said he handled it on his end through the commercial portal.

I'd say as long as your order did get processed no later then the 14th which you said it did. You'll probably see your pkg. At least by Saturday.

Delivery dates are either going to be the 19th or 22nd. T-Mobile already said there wouldn't be any weekend deliveries

Yeah, I'm calling it a night too. Hopefully @tmobilehelp gets to the bottom of it tomorrow. I could always try normal CS, but that's probably a crap shoot too.

Ah well.
 
ogremoustro has some good points about the emails and texts, but as a programmer I can't see why someone would set emails to go out at a certain time once some one places an order. An order is dependent on stock available, and as T-Mobile didn't know what their stock was going to be for sure when orders were placed, it doesn't make sense to set an email to go out to people telling them their items would arrive at a particular time when stock was an unknown. It would have made more sense to set it based on sending out texts and emails when available stock was assigned to an order.
Thats why I am not buying the preset text/emails based on orders idea.
