I am LIVID!!! after receiving the email I would get the iphone on Friday yesterday, I got another email today stating my order was cancelled!!! ***** you tmobile!!!!! I have no clue what to do now. Anyone else get this email?

Well at least you know the eta of your T-Mobile order now. Lol. Just playing. That sucks though, for real.
 
Just called a rep that said that if my card has been charged and I got the Friday text and email, I will get the phone Friday. I told her I have no label created, but she said that it could take a while for UPS to update?!

I'm officially obsessed(sad I know!). I keep refreshing this thread, UPS tracking, my CC's account, and Tmobiles site! AHH!

From my experience, UPS is one of the most efficient companies in the world as far as their tracking information. As a merchant, almost immediately after buying a shipping label from a third party, it shows up in UPS's database. I would just imagine that volume could slow the process down either on T-Mobile's end or UPS's end and that, again, by late afternoon or evening everyone getting a phone tomorrow will have their tracking information.

In any event, this is why God invented Klonopin.

I wouldn't believe one word those reps tell you. I called yesterday twice one rep told me 6-8 WEEKS, the next rep 20 mins later said "Friday".

Im standing behind their official statement on the order that the card wont be charged until shipping.
 
also to the person who wanted to know about shipping speed she did confirm they upgraded all shipping to overnight

NICE! I'm glad I didn't pay for shipping then :)

When I ordered (9/12) I told the lady on the phone to stick w/ UPS Ground, and I asked her to waive shipping charges since other retailers (Apple Store in particular) don't charge for shipping. She waived it right away.

a pending charge for the tax and down payment, or do you mean that the charge for the tax and down payment acually went through on the card?

I ordered on 9/12 around 6am EST via EIP and am a non-JUMP customer.
 
I registered so I can respond to this (been lurking for about 2 years now, lol). I placed my order using JUMP, same phone order, on 9/12 6:07 PM. My ETA at the time was also 9/20, and I got the same email/text yesterday about delivery estimate. Apparently there was no JUMP priority, although an executive responded to an email from me to say that there was (I emailed 9/13). I'll probably not do another pre-order with T-Mobile. Think I'll just start purchasing phones outright.

So...my order status is in the bottom signature. Here's my question for those of you out there reading: Who like me used a Jump upgrade (Not Jump customers with non-upgrade but new EIP, ACTUAL Jump upgrades) who ordered a 6+ Space Gray 64GB? If so when did you order, and when will you receive?

My issue is that I ordered the second the online system came back up, before even the stores were open Friday morning here on the West Coast. (9:07AM) I paid for overnight shipping, got a confirmed date of 9/20 for delivery, shipping 9/19 (release batch from what I've been told by reps) and now I've been told 9/22-30th. It just seems to me that in reality there is no rhyme or reason to anything TMo is saying. No Jump priority or the like.

I mean normally when you get a charge it shows as "Pending" for a few days because it posts to the account but it is still charged to the account at that time. I think your confusing "Pending" with a "Pre-Authorization" which should have fallen off your account a few days ago.

Example: My card was charged a $1 "Pre Authorization" when I did my order, that fell off, and then Tuesday sometime they charged me for the amount of the devices. It is "Pending" but it is definitely a charge.

The pre-auth fell off a few days ago. Now I have a pending charge for $78.06, which came yesterday from t mobile.
 
Order status on T-Mobile for my order keeps has changed twice from pre-order to backorder back to pre-order, with the times still staying the same.
 
I have absolutely ZERO confidence that I'll receive my phone from TMO. There's been no change to my online account, no charges or authorizations on my card, no UPS info.

I did receive a text message yesterday about getting it between the 9/22-9/30. I ordered a Iphone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray. I ordered Friday 9/12 in store via Jump! v.1. Signed and returned agreement within minutes.

If I got charged I should get my phone friday right? I also got a text saying that I will get my phone Friday, and that iPhones will ship via overnight tonight.

That should be the charge from T-Mobile for your iPhone. I don't think you have anything to worry about man. I think a lot of us will be getting our phones tomorrow.
