So...my order status is in the bottom signature. Here's my question for those of you out there reading: Who like me used a Jump upgrade (Not Jump customers with non-upgrade but new EIP, ACTUAL Jump upgrades) who ordered a 6+ Space Gray 64GB? If so when did you order, and when will you receive?

My issue is that I ordered the second the online system came back up, before even the stores were open Friday morning here on the West Coast. (9:07AM) I paid for overnight shipping, got a confirmed date of 9/20 for delivery, shipping 9/19 (release batch from what I've been told by reps) and now I've been told 9/22-30th. It just seems to me that in reality there is no rhyme or reason to anything TMo is saying. No Jump priority or the like.

Since I am sure T-Mobile isn't paying for Saturday delivery, you're probably in a second batch shipping on the 19th and should arrive on Monday the 22nd. You also order one of the most popular versions of the iPhone 6+, so it's no surprise that you are on second batch since that one probably sold out ridiculously quick even with JUMP! priority.

got all the text and emails no update on tmobile but i do see my order on ups just not scanned yet... hopefuly i still get it tomorrow...

yeah I'll let you know what she says

back ordered, but she just told me thats because the phone hasnt been released yet and itll change at 12:01 AM. Who knows if thats true though.

Mine says pre-ordered. Do you have a backordered timestamp?

My order status is now preorder. I have received both text messages and emails that I should receive shipment Friday.

I check the UPS site and searched by my phone number and nothing comes up.

I went with the 6. The battery was my #1 concern and early tests and hands on are saying it is great on the normal 6. For me the 6+ wasnt too big, my issues came down to the display scaling not a fan of what they did there.

Otherwise the final determination for me was that I knew I would love the 4.7" model. I had an HTC One M7 and the size is perfect and its almost identical to the iPhone except thicker. I was taking a chance on if I loved the + and it wasnt a chance I wanted to take.

Yeah-- one of my few gripes on the M7 was the power button on the top… given that Apple has moved it to the site, should be pretty great.

As for the display scaling-- my only concern there is in terms of performance. From the reviews I've read (which obviously we didn't have before placing our orders) suggest that the pixel density is still high enough that scaling doesn't cause any discernible degradation of image quality. I figure they did it for the sake of power (but probably also cost of the display).

Yeah. The texts and emails are bogus (except maybe the one they obviously sent today). However, it's a great sign that people with UPS tracking numbers are getting shipments tomorrow.

I got a text saying that they are shipping iPhone orders today using overnight delivery.

I really hope so. I don't like that mine said 9/22-9/30.

i just called to cancel my order (planning on getting the phones in the store tomorrow) and the sales reps just told me that they won't have ANY iphones in the stores tomorrow

I am LIVID!!! after receiving the email I would get the iphone on Friday yesterday, I got another email today stating my order was cancelled!!! ***** you tmobile!!!!! I have no clue what to do now. Anyone else get this email?

Thanks for the response, but your speculation didn't answer the question I put out there, despite the fact that's what we all assume to be the case. I'm asking because I take issue with a 25 dollar shipping charge they sold me on the basis my phone would arrive on the 20th, when in reality it won't.

none of the shipping came with a date guarantee...

I'm sure they'll have some but probably limited depending on location. 16gb only seems pretty common for T-mobile though.

Yeah top mounted power button and a horrible build quality and QC from HTC.

I have a real concern about performance, but in the same breath in alot of cases the battery will offset it. You really cannot go wrong with either as long as you are happy with the size. They are both going to be phenomenal phones.

Did your credit card get declined? That's what happened with my first preorder. Chase thought my $500 charge was fraud.

I am almost exactly in the same position as you. Same phone, same delivery, same order time, same text, JUMP!'ed online, same everything -- I kid you not.

Just hoping now then that I get it on Tuesday/Monday or really early next week I can't go too long without a proper smartphone that has all my stuff on it (considering I wiped my current phone).

I just got one too :mad: I have an order with Apple that is on its way at least, but im still furious.

It sad to say, but I agree with the build quality statement. I have an M8. Though a great phone, it's poor build quality is starting to show. I have the gunmetal grey version. Its speaker grilles are not flush with the display and have started to pop out. I can push on them, but they rise back up especially around the ffc. Also, the paint finish is starting to wear despite there being a case on the phone since day one. Aside QC, the overall user experience hasn't been fluid either. Random glitches and bug have started to show.

Beyond frustrated at the lack of information available to a new customer. If I don't hear something today on the status (even if it's wait for four weeks), I think I'll stay where I am and get the 6s when its available.

CS reps just tell me what Robo Lady says. Three tweets to TMobileHelp, nothing. Tried to transfer to agent after Robo Lady and waited on hold for 15 minutes before giving up.

Damn you John Legere and your Magenta Colored LIES!

In all serious, would it kill them to put a proper tracking system in place for new orders too?

Problem is they cannot get caught up out of this to even start fixing things. They are clearly sending the texts and emails to try and help out - never done that before. Some people are calling over and over and over each day. Hammering refresh on the website pinching the system. A lot of this is TMobiles fault, but I also see a lot of people being incredibly impatient too. Nobody is really helping anyone here on either side. Hopefully the texts and emails give them some breathing room.

T-Mobile is still the best wireless company IMO. They have given more and more without raising prices. This situation sucks, but they are at least trying, using new avenues, etc. i understand the phones are really important to people, so do what you want of course, but just know that the grass is greener if you can make the wait.
