New T-Mobile customer here and I've been following along silently to this thread. I thought I'd chime in with my status:

Ordered around 8:30am on the 12th and signed the EIP. As a new customer I never received a delivery date. They initially told me it'd ship ON the 19th and I'd receive it by the 25th. Yesterday I got the Friday" text. And just now I used my existing phone number to confirm that I have a tracking number and it is scheduled to deliver tomorrow.

I know there's been a lot of confusion and anxiety on this thread over the delivery date and how inconsistent the information from T-Mobile has been, but I really don't have any complaints about my experience (other than not being able to order at 12:01PST on the 12th). Yet I do hope T-mobile reads this thread in order to improve things the next time around.
 
Received tracking data on ups.com for arrival 9/19 just now
Received SMS yesterday for 9/22-9/30 arrival
Order Placed 6:20AM PDT 9/12
Pre-authed CC two times now
EIP Iphone6 SGray 128GB
NON-Jump new service, prepaid before now

Just FYI

This gives me so much hope
 
i'm exactly the same way... no charges ever... and now my parents' card got charged (when we ordered mere seconds apart)... yet I still have nothing.

What's your bank? Maybe Bank of America does things differently? Idk...

Yep, Bank of America. Usually they're pretty good about showing pending charges and pre-authorizations in real time, so I'm not filled with hope.
 
This was such a waste of a week. I wish I didn't preorder and had just lined up at the Apple store.
 
I saw the tracking number pop up on tmobile.com/orderstatus. Although the status itself still shows Order Placed and robolady says being processed. I also receiving an email yesterday saying it would not be until 9/22-9/30. Clearly that email was not accurate.

Searching UPS, tracking by reference using the phone number on the order also brings up tracking now.

you are the ****ing MAN or women. i got my tracking number by checking the way you just said. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY
 
Well, I'm a new customer and I tryed that UPS + Tmobile order status and got nothing. Obviously I cant get texts because I'm not currently on t-mobile.

BUT.. I got an email stating that my device will be shipped tomorrow via email yesterday at 6pm evening... so... do I just wait until an email stating my orders been shipped i guess? lol
 
Shipping email confirmation just now from tmobile confirming tomorrow's delivery! Once again, robot lady claims processed, ordered iPhone 6+ 16gb space grey on 9/12 4:15 PDT, didn't check when charged, got the email about the 1-2 day notification but I'm still getting it on friday so its still possible for people to get it on friday that have gotten the 1-2 day email!

Wow. Those texts were way off. I wonder if this its just that those texts were automated based on queue / preorder availability, and it's jacked because T-Mo re-prioritized orders after the fact?

Anyways… Probably a good call not holding my breath on my phone showing up tomorrow ;)

Received an email stating I would be receiving my phone on friday. Received an email from UPS stating I have a shipment. Over 24 hours, and I have yet to see any movement. Status has been "Ready for UPS" since 5:37 PM yesterday. This is ridiculous.

Ridiculous? Are you kidding me ? There are people in here who haven't gotten an update AT ALL and you're pissed off because your phone which is clearly being held because it isn't the 19th, the day the phone comes out, hasn't been updated by UPS. THATS ridiculous.
 
So much for UPS MyChoice letting me know that the status has changed.
And, so much for T-Mobile updating the order status.

Refreshed that dusty UPS Tracking results page and at least my 64GB 6 Plus is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.

One down, one to go, one more to do.

Do I track by package or mail innovations?

I wouldn't believe a thing that rep said. People with 9/30 texts and emails can track their phones and see that they will be delivered on 9/19 on UPS.com

I basically just had the same exchange...

A woman looked at my order and said "I don't see tracking information, but the order says Shipped on my screen and I can guarantee you should have it tomorrow."

I'm going on faith considering UPS hasn't gotten a tracking # tied to my phone # yet, because I know they work all hours and that getting a phone from Louisville to Nashville (2 hr drive) is totally possible.

I'm new as well. I signed up for my choice used my phone number as reference number and it pulled up my tracking number. Give it a try
 
Wow... you guys are unbelievable. I feel really sorry for the poor souls at T-mobile having to deal with this ****. You've wasted a week worrying about the phone? Dude, you must be really lucky to live such a sheltered life if this is your main concern in life over the past week. Good for you, man. :confused:
