So, given my situation, here's what you can gleam from the pre-order process:
-Don't Trust the Emails\Texts: I never received ANY of these and still had my order processed\shipped for tomorrow.
-A Charge on the Card is Important!: This was about the only thing that made be believe that I was getting a phone tomorrow (cause I was losing hope fast)!
-Don't Believe a Damn Word Reps Say!: I can't tell you how many times reps told me backordered, or wouldn't receive for weeks later.

Again, this is coming from a new customer. There might still be hope if you chose to bill to account. Good luck y'all!
 
I'm also in Washington (Everett) and setup a new account with T-Mobile earlier this year. I ordered a few hours before you did on the same day (see my signature), but otherwise my experience has been nearly the same. Just checked UPS by reference number without luck. Still waiting for an update! Like you and others have said, we might get our deliveries before we are updated!

I'm down in Pierce County. Hopefully our batch of phones shows up soon! :)
 
Update: Received shipment email

Just got my tracking number! No Emails since the one yesterday saying I would receive my tracking number sometime today, but when I called robolady she said it had shipped and had the tracking number!

Since today was kinda thee day and I've not been charged nor have UPS...
I was desperate... so I called CS... I've been holding out... cuz I wanted to play kinda coo.... but I lost my coo today...

I was on hold for like 50 minutes, had to get off the line to take a call, called back, asked for mgr right away... but she couldn't find one... said she'll call back, so I says "ok"... she called me back an hour later... transferred me to 'special task force'... well, it wasn't exactly that but he claimed to be a special person...
sounded kinda special...

anyways, he said bunch of stuff... felt sorry for the mis-communications and got this for me, current entire month bill credit. It was a decent gesture. I'm not as bitter, but I'm still bruised and traumatized by such immature service that TMO has UN-Lished to us. I'd like to UnCarry them. TMO doesn't have the infra nor the capacity to handle what LEGERE promotes... I'd love to vent more but I'll spare all...

Hope more of us gets than not; tomorrow...

p.s. I didn't request it, he offered. I says, "YES"

so what are the latest times people ordered who are receiving their orders? i'm really early (9/12 4:25am PDT)...this might help those who are still in limbo.

How do you see your package info? I can't find it on the web!

not sure how then, mine just eventually randomly just sent me an email through the my choice system. You kind of register for it and then just wait for it to go through, it took a couple hours for the email but it showed up later in the day.
 
What time do your parents get up for work? Lol

I tried to get them to drop my off at like 6 at the t-Mobile store, but they told me it will get here when it gets here. They're sick of me telling them about the phone.

Keep going, I'm sure you're going to magically produce your iPhone if you try hard enough. You can do it. Call Cs again just to be sure though.
