I didn’t, I just called the Automated sales line and entered my order number. 1-800-672-5390.
 
Ladies and Gents, thought you might be interested to know this.

Placed my Order 09/12 online. Order status online still only reads: Order Placed

Received a text yesterday stating that my delivery was between the 22 to the 30th. However, I just called the sales line (1-800-672-5390) and entered my order number and the automatic system told me that my order shipped!

The system even read out the UPS tracking Number. They are probably going to be updating their various systems overnight, so many folks will have a better ideas by the morning of their status.

Well I got the texts and email that I'm getting my order Friday but the automated message said my order is processed but not yet available for shipment. :(

checked my tmobile page(where it said order placed) to see if they'd post the tracking number and they did...about an hour after id already gotten it through UPS
 
I feel a little better knowing people in LA haven't gotten tracking info yet. Not holding my breath though

I preordered an iPhone 6 in silver 64 GB at 5:56 AM Pacific Time 9/12 online, non-jump & new T-mobile customer. My Order Status page currently says "Order Placed", and I got an email yesterday telling me to expect my phone to be shipped between 9/22 and 9/30.
I tried to use the UPS tracking tool (tried my home number, cell, order number), but nothing came up. However, just now, I signed up to make a UPS My Choice account.. after completing account set-up and trying to track my order again, the order was finally found!! It says my package is in transit, and scheduled delivery is by the end of the Friday. BTW T-mobile hasn't sent me any emails, besides the one about my order coming btwn 9/22 & 9/30.

Anyway, super excited. Those who received email about 9/22-9/30 delivery, there may still be a chance that you can get your phone tomorrow :)

Ok, now I'm slightly freaking out.

Called the 1-800 number and it say my order is processed but not yet available for shipping.

Weak.

i, too, checked with UPS and have a package being delivered to me tomorrow. for those of you who are really antsy, this is the best way to know whether or not you have a package being delivered to you. i highly recommend that you create a free myChoice account. UPS will give you info faster than tmobile will.

here is some info that might help some of you if you're in the same situation as me:

delivery: i live in hawaii and the package is currently in ontario, CA. i did NOT request overnight shipping, just standard shipping, but my order was upgraded to overnight, as most people's are. the package is 2.30 pounds, which corresponds to the two phones i ordered.
ordered: 64GB 6 and 128GB 6+ on 9/12 at 4:25am PDT. new customer.
pre-auth: CC was initially charged the $1 and the total amt. pre-auth on the day that i first ordered. those charges went away and i was charged two separate times corresponding to the two different phones on 9/16
email/text: i NEVER received a single email or text from tmobile stating that my order was going to be delivered or backordered or anything. possibly because i am a new customer with no tmobile phone no. yet.
robolady: my first few times calling robolady all she told me was that my order was "backordered". only today did i call again and get the "order being processed, not yet ready for delivery" message.

don't know how useful this is to anyone. remember that i did not receive a single txt or email, so even if you didn't, it's not an anomaly. i had no problems with CC, the EIP, or anything else along the way so if you had a clean order go through, that's a good sign (unlike some of the unlucky ones who seem to have had problems ordering from a live CS representative).

oh, my delivery package says 2.30 pounds for the weight. so i'm assuming that both my 6 and 6+ made it. :)
