I must say, phone is BIG. However, it's super comfy in my hands. I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship 
Well, I can say, don't trust whatever reps tell you. Just keep checking the automated systems and MyUPS. Seems to be the best way to go.

I really think UPS will be shipping/delivering these all freaking day! There are so many phones that were ordered last weekend. I know mine will be here no later than Monday. But I think Monday is a place holder because it just hasn't left KY yet and arrived in PHX. I think that will happen some time within the next few hours. I've had UPS delivery all the way up to 8PM before.. This is what I'm hoping anyways haha
Tmobile has definitely handled this in a really strange way. After order, no confirmation email, no communication whatsoever, no delivery date, no ETA. Finally UPS tracking order showed up on the website.
I ordered the standard free shipping but I think I was automatically bumped up to Next Day Air and it's out for delivery right now. Feel kind of sorry for people who are paying extra money for shipping.

No case yet, just the plastic around the device lol.
You can bet you bottom I'll be making a trip to the Apple Store at lunch to throw one on this sucker. It makes me nervous just sitting bare on top of the box!
Next up will be a phone call from someone. Don't worry they will take care of you.
TMobile (by way of rep and Twitter) have said a few times that Friday orders will get bumped to Next Day Air for free and if you were charged anything for shipping that you should contact them to get a refund.

I just called T-Mobile. Their second wave of shipments will start shipping on Monday and if you're in the second wave; it'll be delivered no later then Sept 30

I got a text on Wednesday that I will receive it on Friday, and a text yesterday saying they're shipping overnight. And an email. That's all I'm going off of since I haven't been able to find it on UPS.
Yeah all I got was the $1 charge initially. Now nothing shows up.

But the key is, how do we know if we're in the second batch or later? Even then, how did some of us end up in the >2 batch if we ordered earlier than some people with the same model who got theirs today?
