No, just left the shipping dates default, I left the zip and country out too

(prior to actually finding my tracking, I was entering everything and changing dates, etc, but in the end, just the phone number in the reference field was enough to find it)

Still nothing on ups. Holding on to the fact my card was charged for full amount on 9/17. Good luck to all!

I got the email Wednesday, saw shipping label created TODAY. Check your EIP agreement - the number should be in there. I'm a new customer as well and tracked my package by reference using whatever number they have in the agreement.

This is true. Keep forgetting some people did that.

At least you didn't have to deal with what I had going on.. All orders cancelled because of fubar on their end but somehow one of the orders still got processed and is being delivered today (My wifes phone).

My phone had to be completely cancelled because their system reserved the completely wrong phone.. So now I have Executive Team working on getting me the right one ASAP.. We'll see how it goes.

Don't worry, you'll get it eventually.
 
Hope everyone got their iPhones today. I have yet to receive them but I'm sure glad I didn't have to stand in some lines I saw after I drove home from Seattle and saw some Carriers lines. NOPE! ( I work nights)
 
I still haven't been charged either, nor any word on shipping. Been really nice to see people who ordered the same phone, later than me, get their phone delivered today :rolleyes: And, I paid for overnight expedited shipping. Been with T-Mobile for 12 years, and I've never been this mad with them.

Also, went to a T-Mobile store today and they had a 6+ 128 GB in stock, but they wouldn't cancel my pre-order and let me purchase it. Bummer!

How do I check my EIP agreement?
 
Well, I'm feeling like I'm left behind for today. No more updates on the tracking by reference, no updates from T-Mobile, no one getting back to me on Twitter. It's frustrating that they suggested I would get it today and likely won't.

thats what i was told i placed my order at the store canceled my other one and it already says that its preparing for shipping my pre order says backordered still
 
Omfg guess what

Tmobile screwed Up BIG TIME! Cancelled and got an ATT Order instead from Apple. THE PHONE IS UNLOCKED PEOPLE !!!! HOORAY!!! USING IT WITH TMOBILE!!!!
