I am officially out of patience. I love Tmo and their service plus all the Uncarrier stuff but this preorder debacle crapstorm really sucked.
Everyone launched preorders at 12:01AM. Tmo, I think they were lucky if they went live at 5:01AM.
Ok, they admitted they funked up. Prioritized JUMP customers due to system glitches.
No story was consistent. People got different order statuses, charged, not charged, tracking number, nothing at all, etc. Nothing we could talk about here was consistent enough to form a pattern of wether or not you were going to get your phone.
In my case, I got the text message and email about my 6+ stating that it'd be delivered today (Friday). We got zero messages concerning my wife's iPhone 6. I was actually worried that I'd get my phone and she wouldn't get hers. Totally not the case. She got hers and I'm still here at 10PM EST with nothing and NO information.
Was assured by @TmobileHelp that both our orders were good to go, had tracking info, and all the good stuff.

Ordered my wife's iPhone 6 64GB Silver at 9AM EST using JUMP through the internet
Ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Silver at 11AM EST using JUMP through the internet
She got her phone today at 1PM EST and my phone is somewhere out there because not even Tmo CS can tell me anything about it, when it will ship, etc.
Sorry for the rant but like I said in my opener, I've officially lost my patience. All we've asked for in this multibillion page thread was for some information. A simple tracking number or correct and updated order status, I feel, wasn't too much to ask for.
