It's Official......

I've lost my f*&^ mind. I'm on the phone with a really great service rep for over an hour. He's trying to figure out why my order didn't go through as a JUMP order, we're trying EVERYTHING to figure it out when lo and behold there is a second tracking number on UPS with a weight of 1.20 lbs. Even he was shocked. He kept looking at the order and refreshing it and it still read as back ordered. I don't care as long as this is OVER!!!! This whole fiasco could make anyone an alcoholic!!!!

Is the Iphone 6+ 64GB Space Gray the most elusive model? Did they only make a handful of these? Still no tracking number for this phone. Got charged last night and still nothing. No email, no text, no UPS number.

Exact same thing. Considering when I ordered (5 am cst on 9/12 and being lumped in the 22-30 camp) is crap

Yes I have 2 tracking numbers 1 for Saturday and 1 for Monday which too believe ? Lol
Maybe t-mobile felt bad so they gave us a buy 1 6+ get a 6 free lol :p

For some reason early this morning a label was created and said i would have my delivery on monday however i tried to change it to a ups store then an exception was created

Now i got enailed by my choise with another label for the iphone? im so confused but this one has the saturday delivery date
Can someone help me DECIPHER WHAT HAPPENED been on hold with ups for 1 and half hours I even have two lines calling it
Sorry i wasnt reading the posts this is occcuring for others

honestly at the rate this fiasco has gone i wouldnt be surprised if they double shipped some orders
 
Need Advice

Hello,

I am located in socal, and I have found my tracking number by using the reference feature on UPS.com. T-mobile shipped my iphone 6 SG 64gb with Next day Air Saver instead of Next Day Air, so my expected delivery date is on Monday. Is there any way I can request to pick it up tomorrow? It has already arrived in Ontario, CA which is very close to my house. I would even pay for the difference in shipping. If anyone has successfully done this, please let me know.
 
Just wanted to add here for anyone who did not order on 9/12 like everyone else...

iPhone 6+, 16GB, silver AND another iPhone 6+,16GB, gold.
- I ordered on 9/13 at the store.
- as of today, did not receive any texts, emails, nor did CC get charged.
- not a jump customer
- called robolady, "processing but not available for shipment."
- called t-mobile customer care, says status is "backordered." also says that delivery will be done within 6 weeks from order date. so that means it will ship and be delivered anytime before Oct. 18th.

conclusion: one bummed out girl.

tmobile may be having ups deliver on saturdays now due to demand probably will just get a massive bill from ups in a month lol (tmobile not you)
 
Still no change on my end. 12th am order'er here as well. That model I got has to be crazy elusive I haven't seen many of you successes even post you got the gold one, all space grey is what I keep seeing.

All still says "processed but not available for ship"

While the regular ups tracking site doesn't show any movement on my tracking #, UPS My Choice just sent me an email saying I had a package scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Yours is Next Day Air, right?

I was charged yesterday too and I've gotten nothing about it since then -___-

The early rumors of supply Issues are here and right now. It's so ok peeps, it's not like your house and family were displaced by Islamic militants in Iraq , or any other debilitating disaster were " an iPhone " would be the last thing on your mind. You know! "Murcia " :rolleyes:
