T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Bah ordered 8 am pst on the 12th and all I get is my order is processing by both robolady and the online tmobile status (new customer).

Best thing that happened to me was a credit authorization for the original amount followed by a lesser amount on the 17th.

No texts, no emails, and nothing on ups.

How long after your CC was charged were you able to track your package? My account was charged today but when I go to UPS to track by reference using my phone number it shows nothing...

64GB 6+ ordered early morning on the 12th....

I use UPS My Choice. You create an account and verify your address then it'll show you all the tracking numbers that have your address either as destination (or origin, I assume).

That's how I found my two labels. I haven't heard **** from T-mobile since yesterday.

very good point. we not ALL prioritized... can't be... they just faaaaakd this one up real good.

I'm so mad at them... but it is comforting to know that I'm not alone... not that I wanna drag peeps along with me...

I have one of those accounts, too. Makes me realize I'm probably not getting my order any time soon since it hasn't said anything on top of 0 communication and activity from tmobile.

Same thing for me. Their system really could not handle the load of iPhone orders.

Hope they have learned from this
 
I gotta get off this pc and my phone. Too much temptation to check UPS and this thread for some hope. :eek:
 
My orgin scan shows at 2:26 PM and order processed: ready for UPS shows at 8:49 PM.UPS's times just mixed up lol?
 
How the HELL is T-Mobile charging us and not even providing us proper shipping info? This is ridiculous........

*dont dispute the charge as fraud... Can you just imagine!?.... That would sook so bad!
 
As I thought, gave them sometime to unload and BOOM!
Looks like they are in fact delivering tomorrow. Usually when it's business days only, the date shows Monday straight away.
BTW: Ordered Monday with 7day ground shipping, one iPhone 6 64gb Space Grey, haven't called T-mobile but looks like shipping speed got bumped somehow. Also this is the tracking number that show's under My.T-mobile. Got a second package coming Monday as well from T-mo.
