Still here, still nothing. Although supposedly Legere's executive team is in contact and working on my case.
UPS has an orgin scan, and will be here tomorrow by 12 PM. Only concern- under shipping information, it doesn't have my address. It only says to SALT LAKE CITY, UT, US
Oof, well I'm sorry to hear that. Then again, everything T-Mobile has said has been so unreliable, it's possible I could wake up tomorrow and find my order canceled.
omg. You just made things feel 1000x worse!! I remember watching that episode, I was like wtf, people just keep coming in after and getting in, all the while they are stuck waiting!!
Originally pre-ordered my iPhone 6 64GB in Space Grey and Gold about an hour after customer care opened last Friday. Both labeled 'backordered', one rep. said to get over night shipping to ensure I got it on launch and another rep. told me it wasn't going to arrive on time at all. Ended up canceling both because T-Mobile refused to honor the $7K EIP credit I had (purchased a few iPads for the family earlier) and was told I was ineligible for my iPhone 6 so I would be missing out. 
Wrote BBB complaint, got a call 2 days ago and was about to 'pre-order' (again) my iPhone but this time both in 128GB, was eligible to put no down and pay no taxes up front. All will be charged to my next bill, got a call this morning stating that my iPhones are actually ready and just need to be picked up by UPS.
The order status portion of T-Mobiles site isn't working and have been trying to get a hold of a rep. on the phone for an hour now to see if there is an update or tracking number?

you don't have your address in either on UPS. How do they know where to deliver my phone lol
100% sure.. the $25 deposit should be waived if you ordered it before the 24th of September!
They don't always show your address. BTW, you lucky sob!!!! Ahhhhh fuuuuuuuhhhhhh!!
Hope you get yours soon. I know how frustratinf it is not having tracking info. Almost had a complete meltdown (sad, I know) today.
I'm a grown-ass man, but I haven't felt this giddy since I was a kid waiting for Christmas morning. My wife thinks I'm insane lol, but I don't care! UPS probably think's I'm DDOS'ing their site!

Still ain't heard a peep. No charges on my CC, nothing on UPS.com, still says backordered on T-mobile.com. But I got the text saying delivery between 22nd and the 30th. Holding the faith that I'll hear something before my hair falls out. Ordered iPhone 6 Plus SG 64g
Are most people able to find information on the UPS site now with their reference number? Mine is still not pulling up anything. Of course my tmobile account still says backorder. Preordered Friday 12.
Mines confirmed by ups to come tomorrow by 12, yet T-Mobile account shows pre order still.
I think the one's whose account says "backordered" are the most screwed. Not to mention the robochick saying "your order is processing but not yet ready for shipment".
Wow! My parents did not tell me a package was in the mail for me, it turns out it's the iPhone 6 16GB in Gold I ordered for my mom.
Still waiting on my 128GB!!
P.S. Pre-order was taken on last Friday, CC was charged about 4 days ago and I live in the Central Valley, California.
