I pay for Jump!, although did not use it.
Charged last night
Email stating delivery by 22 - 30

Promised from the day I ordered it, up until last night that I would receive the damn phone on launch day.

wow thats messed up wonder what happen i would definitely complain to em try n get them to credit you for this since u have all this proof

what/when did u order and are u a new customer .. did they charge u? its so many factors with this mess and the thing is we dont know what they are going off of

then again there are some ppl on here that didnt get any tracking and were told the 22-30 and ups just miraculously showed up .. u never know

Spoken with his Execs, they provided me with some things to add a cherry on top, but.... THAT STILL DOESNT RESOLVE THE FACT THAT I DIDNT GET MY PHONE ON THE DAY IT WAS PROMISED!!!

Why have a pre-order if I'm not going to receive the device as promised on launch day.

This whole experience has been something out of this world!
 
Pretty sure GuyWeis and I are in the same position. I called up exec, I just get canned reponses. The only difference is I used my Jump! My favorite is the fact that I was told I would get my phone on Friday and when I called exec again the lady pretended she had no idea what she told me for the past two days.

By the way, I never got a Mychoice notification, nothing shows up on Mychoice so keep checking with your phone number as your reference number. Mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow by 12 PM with Saturday service
 
Did anyone who received the "prioritized" text/email also receive the 22-30th delivery text/email?

Got the text, but no email or any delivery date.

That text means nada to me... No UPS label, no charge, order status: swinging between pre-order and backordered every 5 mins, no response from T-*****s on Twitter... just a whole lot of.. nothing! :mad:

Saturday but I will believe it when I see it , I have gotten my hopes up way to much lol.
I am trying to upload the screenshot of my ups tracking and since I updated my iPad I am not able to upload any images. Does anyone else have this problem?

Like I'm not mad I don't have my phone. I was perfectly content with waiting.

It's the fact that the store, and EXEC told me that I would see my phone on Friday and I had nothing to worry about. It's the fact that when they were wrong they turned around and pretended they never said such things. I would have been fine if they were just straight up honest and told me they had no idea. Don't give me false hope and turn around and try to cover your a**.

That's exactly how mine is. I got no emails or text I had to find my own tracking number typing in my phone number.

I'm in michigan , ordered on 09/16 and just received my iPhone 6+ 64 gb SG! what what , it's super awesome ;)
