I considered not filing a BBB because I figured this was their first pre-order and they couldn't have really expected the amount of pre-orders they received. Then I kept thinking about it, and thought about how exec handled my case, and how CS was just a giant cluster, the false reassurance, the "oh we told you Friday? When?", and the icing on the cake "Jump is prioritized, so you'll be the first to see it, since your card has been charged it should be on the way" (Fun fact, the charge fell off and I still have no phone), and the next thing I knew I had a complaint filed. Whoops.
