had my phone since yesterday morning and still have not bee charged for it
It seems like in store and over the phone orders are getting shipped with later orders than online. I know I'm going to avoid online next year.
So I've been trying to cancel for the last few days, I've asked them via live chat, phone, twitter and email to cancel.
Low & behold I receive tracking info today.. UPS Ground, so there goes the upgrade, either way I've been in touch with James on the executive team and as I'm porting to AT&T on Tuesday he's trying to have the package intercepted and returned en route. I said I know at least one person on Mac Rumors who would be happy to receive this same phone earlier so go for it please. (6+ 64GB, sg)
James seems like he is helpful, to have to get to the office of the president to get in touch with someone who is helpful is a bit crazy. He got into how their back end wasn't prepared to handle the amount of customer volume, I told him in this day and age with so many services that provide load balancing and spawning servers based on demand they really need to upgrade for next year. We are talking about a company that provides mobile LTE coverage to millions of people this shouldn't be a stretch.
For my fellow iPhone fans, I really hope they do.

I got a text Wednesday saying I would receive news on a ship date the next one or two days... Yesterday night I got a text saying they'll ship mine out when the get new inventory...
