Tracking received
I received a text around 12 pm est saying that my package has shipped. It also listed a tracking number!! Email followed about 20 minutes later. My order status online says shipped.
Go to UPS, tracking number doesn't work....nor does my phone # as a reference using the 1234567890 format. SMH.
Hoping to see something on the UPS side soon, and that Monday will be early Christmas!

Seems a few of us that ordered the same phone around the same time got that text. hopefully that tracking number will be valid soon.
what a total crap shoot this whole experience seems to be - it's like everyone has their own unique situation - but I'd much rather be in yours
6+ 16gb, ordered via JUMP on 9/12 10(ish)am
Received 2 texts, 1 email, and 2 verbal assurances my phone would be delivered Friday 9/19
No charge, no tracking (tried variety of methods), tmob order status says backordered, Exec team says would be surprised if I didn't have it on Monday but couldn't promise...
I'm disappointed in the process and lack of continuity, not in not being able to have my new toy on launch day. I've given up on getting my phone any time soon
. Should have just said it was backordered in the first place, then surprise me with an early delivery. Manage those expectations, haha 
Got a text and email from TMobile with my UPS tracking number. I originally got the 9/22-9/30 eta email/text. Order has not been updated online at T-Mobile.com
Sound off. I want to make a list. How many of you got the 9/22-9/30 text/email, no CC charge(full), nothing from UPS(even track by reference), used JUMP online in the AM on the 12th, your myTmobile page says "backordered", and robochick says "your order is being processed, but not yet available for shipping"?
Maybe we're creeping closer, or maybe our orders will get canceled randomly. It's tmobile, so who knows?
