Got the same email from miss Mary Wallace:
Dear *******,
Im working alongside John helping him respond to every customer that has reached out to him for assistance with their iPhone order.
Thank you so much for being a long time customer of well over 10 years. We really appreciate long time customers as yourself. Im sorry to hear you havent received any information regarding your two iPhone 6 Plus phones. We have consistently working to fulfill orders and ship them out as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is receiving shipments from Apple daily due to the high demand.
A member of our team will reach out to you shortly and we will follow this through until you have an iPhone in your hand.
----- Then I emailed her again to ask if I can receive updates via my email, and she said:
"A representative will be contacting you shortly to let you know the process to expect in receiving your iPhones and go over if your email can be included.
Thank you again for being a long time customer."
I called Robo Lady and same answer. "Processed but not ready for shipment."

I really do not want to wait out the "6 weeks from the day you ordered" date, as told by the T-Mobile representative I spoke to. I didn't pre-order to wait 6 weeks!
(Status on tmobile website says backordered)
