T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I've been lurking since last week, thought I'd finally join in Lol

Ordered via CS on 9/12/14 at 9:15 am CST have jump unable to use it over phone.16 GB gold 6+
Received 22/30 email no credit card charge or tracking info received.
Sent email to John on Sunday morning, as of yet no reply. This is ridiculous, I have two co workers that are new to tmobile and ordered days after me and received phones on Friday.
 
Man its gonna be hard to sleep lol all those planes coming in and I'm really hoping this nightmare is over soon. *Please phone been on those planes Please*


So far no charge, no label, no status change though. Robolady says same thing too.

I was thinking the exact same thing about this being a nightmare, I hope Tmobile gets a good number of the newly arriving phones!

I have yet to be prioritized, I still think theres a good chunk of Jump! people, including me being screwed over. :(
 
My phone should be here tomorow, but at this point it's still hard to relax. I think I'm still hanging out here because I'm sure something will happen; the package will get lost, the truck will get hijacked, the package will get mis-delivered to the creepy neighbors (not the nice ones,) UPS will cancel my order.

Yup, we are in a nightmare!

Or UPS will attempt to deliver during the 10 min you ran out for something
Or your package will arrive empty like the other guy
 
I talked to a csr and she said it will come in 4-6 weeks but I see others get their phones already who ordered after me. What????

Finally got my update!! Should be here tomorrow 6+sg 128 gb 9/16 pre order no jump was charged full amount on Friday with no pre auth

That's like the summary of about 30 pages or so on here. So many people out of order and what not. Sometimes different models some same etc. No idea what/why that is happening. I'm happy for them who get the phones but same time it's rather ****ing annoying to put it bluntly (directed at tmobile not the people).
