I asked for that yesterday and he said he can't because he has no idea what phone is more available. Something about not knowing what the shipment contains until it arrives.
After the execs called me, they told me it would be up to six weeks. I also ordered the 12th around 6:00 a.m. I really want to take the chance of ordering another iphone 6 plus 64gb SG. This time I will order in store. The stores say I would go it in the 5-6 business days. They did credit me for their mess up, but man I can't wait 6 weeks. That a long time in tech years.
Some people said not to do that on here though; they said it would replace my order and bump me all the way to back of the line. thoughts ?

That's BS! How do you as a company have NO idea what's coming. That's how they're able to say well you'll get it anytime from 9/22-9/30. Or 6 weeks or whatever.
Be aware though, that you'll start to get UPS updates for the router, which will make you happy, then will make you crash back down when you realize it's not for your iphone order. Happened to me yesterday, then first thing this morning.
The tip off is the 3.40lb weight.

dam this thing is huge guys the 6 feels way more comfortable buuutttt i think i may need a few days to get use to it...dont worry guys im still tracking planes and will be here for you guys!! hopefully good news and tracking numbers today for you!
To be fair, there are quality control issues with the 6+ screen and production is not as good for it than it is for the 6. So inventory that is sent out is allocated and prioritized as soon as they get it.
I was totally expecting this, yet when I saw the text my mood went from elated to despair.

Well this will probably be my last post in this thread. So myself and my fiance received our iPhones yesterday. The details in regards to my phone are in my signature.
On a side note my fiance ordered her iPhone 6 Gold 128GB on the 18th and got it Monday. So the 6 seems to be widely more available than the 6+ that I got. Either way I wish you all the best of luck and I hope they get you your phones soon.

Note you ordered a 16GB I ordered a 128GB I think they are prioritizing Jump orders. 16GB and 64GB are by far the most popular. Specifically the 64GB Space Gray 6+
