The one I've seen, the guy had it in his pocket for maybe 4-5 hours while sitting? That seems like a bad idea, I don't even do that with my 5s.
My phone is always in my hands. The only times it's in my pockets is.................. when I'm standing up talking to someone at work or something. Even then, sometimes it's still in my hands.
They transfered me to tech support for me to order it, the CS rep I got prior to the transfer told me they had to do tht cause they have to schedule a tech to come out to set it up. Find it kinda funny since it is still a router lol
wouldn't that be bothersome/annoying?
i usually take my phone out when im going to be sitting for an extended time

Same, at work my phone is always on my desk so i can change music and see what notifications pop up.
I don't usually keep my phone in my pockets, only while I'm working and I'm standing all the time so I don't think it would matter. The rest of the time, my phone is either in my hands or inside my purse.
Things I've been doing to pass the time waiting for updates:
Dialing #875# on my phone to check status(Yup! Still Backordered!)
Tracking by reference on UPS, first phone number with dashes, then without, then by order number
Checking my cc to see if it has been charged
Posting more about not having my phone

I'm in the exact same boat as you! Got a call back from the ERT today, and they said the phone would still be here by 9/30. I didn't exactly believe her confidence, and she said she'd let me know if it changed.

So I cancelled my order yesterday and ordered another one and I am getting it today. It's already shipped with tracking. The reason I cancelled it is because I ordered it on the 12th 6 gold 16gb and was told I would get on 19th and it changed to 4-6 weeks. Yesterday I ordered 6 16gb silver and was charged right away and I am getting it today. Just Fyi to my fellow tmobile misinformed customers that if you order silver u get it the next day
