Some guy on Twitter is claiming to have spoken to a few senior folks on the phone and was told pre-orders would begin at 8AM EST on T-Mobile's website.

I called 611 earlier and they said it would go live at 12:01 just like Apple's. Sadly, neither of those has come true for me.

i'm not an apple hater at all, i'm refreshing constantly but this is a huge fail and horrible to their customers.

This was handled so poorly. They should have known the amount of interest, and if they weren't going to launch at the same time as the other carriers and supposedly Apple they could have at least sent out an email. Or sent out an update if they were having tech issues....

They do know the amount of interest. Tim Cook himself said this would be the mother of all upgrades. They knew about this. I bet they prepared for this. But something must be causing Apple and T-mobile to be off line.

I'm pissed. I switched from ATT to T-Mo a matter of hours ago. When I preordered my iPhone 5 from ATT, no issues whatsoever. This is disgusting.
