And I want to order on the apple store because of conflicting reports of unlocks from Apple store / T-Mobile store. Some people said T-mobile non-contract aren't actually unlocked.

Same thing happened last year wight the 5c. The "T-Mobile contract-free version" wasn't marketed as unlocked, and Apple employees were told not to say that it was unlocked. However, I think the consensus and people's experiences was that it was indeed unlocked.

Was this through Apple or the T-Mobile website though? I've heard people online say that T-M site ones were actually locked but Apple.com wasn't. Damn confusing!

You're so lucky. I'm on Comcast too. Checked my ipad, ipod, laptop, and desktop. None get the site to load. I'm hoping so few people can get the T-Mobile version that it won't be out by the time the site opens NEXT YEAR

I was able to get my order in earlier and the apple store is working for me through safari.

There's obviously some kind of trick. Like you have to type in the Konami code or kick your computer a few times to get the page to load. Checking back and fourth (I gave up completely just focusing on App store page) is getting irritating.

thats why I am not to worried. Can't get the t-mobile one from anyone else but apple, and most people aren't savvy enough to figure out the apple link stuff.
