I've been pretty patient, and cordial to all my reps since I ordered. But if I find out that the exec rep, and the contact I have that is higher than exec rep lied to me.. lol i honestly don't even know what i'll do, ill be too upset!
 
I couldn't get an order through online on the 12th, so I drove an hour to Indy to the nearest store on the morning of the 13th and ordered in store. Yesterday morning in a moment of desperation I ordered another phone, 64gb gold + and he thought there was a chance I could get that sooner but my expected delivery date is oct 8 for that phone.

that damn + giving so many people headache's. feel for ya dude
 
I'm being patient cause I was a 9-19 orderer. Didn't even plan to get a 6 now but then Tmo made me a great trade-in offer on my iP4. no movement on mine, but other 9-19 orders are shipping...
good luck everybody, this will pass (but not til it drags out forever).

kinda mad at apple, iphone became so successful that it has made it a more complex device to buy and set up when new phones and iOS come out...hope that doesn't happen to the Mac desktops, esp the Mac Mini which is my favorite Apple item, it's kinda unknown and I like it that way.
 
I'm gonna throw a temper tantrum the likes of which has never been seen from a grown man if this guy (no offense) ordered on the 19th and his order shipped before mine. :mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
I think I just had an aneurysm.. the rep I was speaking to just transferred my call to the main menu when I asked to be transferred to her supervisor. :confused:

And after hitting 0 when I was done with robolady, I was on hold for 30 min...and was at the new activation dept where they can't help me.

After I got transferred, I elected to get a call back...it rang 15 min later...I answered and was put on hold for 10 min. :confused:
 
Aksjdhjs I just called CS and my phone won't be arriving until the October 3rd shipment. At which point they will send it for delivery. And it's a Friday so even overnighted that's Monday. And he told me there's a possibility that the phone I ordered yesterday could come sooner so he wouldn't cancel it. But I can call and cancel whatever phone comes 2nd as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

I'm considering canceling both now and exiting this nightmare. Fml

We have the same phone and I got the 6 week response right now. I'm back to being pissed off about it now. I feel like they just throw responses into a giant ball, give it a spin and pull one out - like the lottery. Let's see what answer we'll give this chump. and I think I'm even more mad because I let such a stupid thing upset me so much, but I don't care, it's ANNOYING!

now this rant is over. until the next one. ;)
 
All I know is I'm going to sleep well tonight. I consider myself lucky, especially with some of the people here that are getting totally ****ed over by this ordering fiasco.

This is just ridiculous, I was on hold for 20 minutes prior then waited 15 more for the supervisor, only to end up at the main menu..

Im on hold to speak to a rep again, so far its been 9 minutes.. im gonna ask to be transferred immediately to a supervisor, and have my first rep reported to executive resources lol.. that rep picked the wrong line to answer, im running on 0% patience haha :)

Was your order originally expedited shipping or did it update on the page?
 
Happy for everyone here getting their cards charged and shipping notifications. I for one, still have not seen any movement. I was a part of the people getting texts for 9/19 and still nothing. My exec contact said don't worry about it, but seeing others seeing movement tonight just brings me down lol.

There are people who received their orders without getting charged... let's hope we're in that boat!

Whats your exec contact info? I requested exec info from the CSR that I was just talking to and they said they could only supply me with an address to mail a physical letter, who even does that anymore?!

CSRs will never give you exec contact info because even they don't have it. What you gotta do is email john.legere@t-mobile.com and explain everything you are going through. Usually you will get a response back within the next 24 hours and someone from the exec team will call you directly.
 
Hey Kiyp, I've had plenty of pain from Tmo myself. seems like every interaction with them has always been problematic. Just on this deal, they screwed up documenting my trade in, (who knows if I'll even get the offer they are quoting, the store guy screwed it up), they forced me into buying Jump, had to call and cancel that, told me it would deliver on 9-30, no evidence of that. again, I'm being patient knowing others were in line before me, good luck..

Yes! I'm pissed that I'm so upset!! And whenever someone posts that they ordered after launch day and they already got their phone I think wtf I was told I would have my phone on the 19th and i still don't have it. And finally, I can't believe my husband would go out of town and not be here to support me through this stressful and traumatic preorder experience. #####

But anyways, I'm going to eat chocolate then think this through lol.
