Everytime I go to check status I get an error that it's down what does the order page look like that you all are getting this source code from.. I added a line

Right click and hit inspect element right by the delivery method area of the page. Then you have to expand the view by clicking on the little triangle. But apparently mine was very wrong so ymmv
 
My estimated delivery say tomorrow. I don't know how accurate that is since everyone else is being charged.
 
Email I sent to the executive team this morning:

Good morning,

Considering today is Thursday I'm not very hopeful of my phone arriving within the promised timeframe. There is still no charge and no updated status. The phone would have to ship today for me to receive it by tomorrow or Monday for me to get it on time for the 30th. Do you have any updates on my order? This gets more frustrating each day.
 
I got the following status update from UPS:
The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made.

I guess mine needs signature? I'm at work so hopefully the 2nd attempt will come after I get home.
it depends on your delivery man

my guy never leaves packages no matter what

he attempts 3 deliveries and then you have to pick it up at the facility if you miss them all 3 times
 
I just tried it again and see the warning that you are talking about. The problem is that warning never once popped up on any one of the hundreds of times I tried to upgrade while it was not working on Friday nor did it pop up when it actually did work Saturday morning. I guess they realized the website was screwed up and recently added that little pop up message.

Did not for me either. I ordered mine on 9/15 and started nosing around a couple of days ago to see if it was Jump. Found out it wasn't and T-mobile said it would have to be re-ordered, they could not change it. They really need to get their stuff together. I am happy with my 6 so no more worrying!

Also, HUGE HUGE HUGE kudos to my girl with the ERT. She called me just now, apologized again, said they just got a ton of SG 6+'s in and offered me a credit. Seriously, I don't know what AT&T and Verizon are doing but you have to give T-Mobile some credit for their personalized response.
 
So, of those who were charged, how long did it take for you to get additional information on shipping or for the T-Mobile site to update?
 
Well that now makes two of us. No text notification from T-Mobile, no label created, but my card was just charged about an hour ago.

Yeah I haven't received anything from them yet. Only texts/emails I got were from PNC telling me a charge of 79 dollars went thru this morning. UPS hasn't notified me yet either, just the router shows up in referencing. Probably this evening I'm hoping, have it come tomorrow sometime.

Someone from exec called and left me a message while I was in class. On the way home I was pffffttt you better call me back, but now I'm like I don't need you, I'm getting my phone! :D
 
Our router is on on backorder. He said it should arrive 9/30-10/1. The label was generated on the 19th (ordered the 17th).

There is a complete and total cluster-eff with my trade-in though. Apparently the lady that did my phone order did us no favors. Are the phone reps on commission??

I'm going to write my letter expressing my "upsetted-ness" at what has gone on all week with my phone calls and asking about it. I'm basically over phone carriers at the moment - had an issue at a Verizon store today, and have invested more hours than the extra trade-in is worth at this point. We were offered a billing credit... I will probably just take that and be done.
