Hey how long did yours stay at Label has been created on the UPS site before you were able to see where it was located. Also did you get the T-Mobile text saying yours had shipped. Mine is still stuck at Label has been created and says scheduled delivery as of 9/25.
 
So I was finally able to talk to an executive after emailing John Legere. They basically said the same stuff I was expecting in that there was not enough supply to meet the orders and they apologized for sending out the text/email saying I would get the phone day one and that they would ship it as soon as it arrives.

What I wasn't expecting however is that contrary to what I had thought, apparently my order did not go through as a Jump! preorder even though that's how I ordered it online but instead it went as a normal preorder. This was apparently the reason that my order was not prioritized and there was nothing they could do to change that. So basically I am in the same situation that I have been in since Friday. No tracking, no credit card charge, and it still says backordered on my account. She did say that the up to 6 weeks is a worse case scenario and they do not expect it to take nearly that long for me to get the phone.

I guess the good thing is that they are removing my next months phone bill and they gave me the rhapsody music unchained service for free (neither of which I asked for)

BTW I ordered the 64gig SG 6+ on Sat morning with (apparently) no jump

Same thing happened to me. When you go to the order page and click on the jump button it comes up with a warning that you are ordering a non-jump upgrade. That just goes along with everything else we are seen in this fiasco. I cancelled my order and walked into a store and bought a 64g iphone 6. Glad I did in light of the bend issues and the delay.

Same here. I think it takes about 1 day. I expect that those of us sitting at the label stage will get movement tonight for delivery tomorrow (I hope).
 
i dont know why some people were complaining about the 6+, the size is perfect-- feels good and looks even better!

I was determined to receive something in the mail this week... So I bought a GTX 980 last night lol coming in today!
Now if I get moment on my phone my head will explode and this week will be perfect!
 
Looks like only people with 16gb SG are getting charged today :(... Will I ever receive my 64gb 6+ SG??

Awesome! There's some tiny sliver of hope for delivery today then, but being in the Central time zone, you're likely closer to Louisville. I'll hope for today, expect it tomorrow :cool:

So I ordered the plus 64gb silver on 9/20. Yes very late in this race. Was ordered through the phone. Did digital signature. Order starts with 213xxxxxx. Received a text: Free T-Mobile Msg: Thanks for your order #213xxxxxx . Please note you will receive another message when your device is shipped. And then another one: Free T-Mobile Msg: Thanks for your device upgrade! Find more details on your device at my.T-Mobile.com. If order not authorized, call 611 from a T-Mobile phone. Checked online on MyTmobile and says order pending. Then went to back ordered. Still shows back ordered as of now. I did a source check and it showed estimate ship date of 9/26. Recently checked RoboLady she says order is being processed. And also checked UPS and there isn't any tracking at all. Checked by reference and also have UPS my choice. So hopefully from what I'm reading about shipments is true. Hope I get it tomorrow but I won't get my hopes up until I actually have it in my hands

Yeah, there are some posts saying stuff about ApplePay being tied to the SIM and stuff. Haven't gone too far into it since I've been obsessing over delivery, but it doesn't hurt to just use the new one (other than the few minutes it takes to activate it).

If you had a SIM that fits, you can just reuse it. The iPhones come with a new phone in case your old phone had a bigger SIM that won't fit, that's all.

I just tried it again and see the warning that you are talking about. The problem is that warning never once popped up on any one of the hundreds of times I tried to upgrade while it was not working on Friday nor did it pop up when it actually did work Saturday morning. I guess they realized the website was screwed up and recently added that little pop up message.
