Got a voicemail from the executive office (wrote an email last week and got a call with a bill credit on Sunday). It was a scripted message saying my device has moved on to the next step in the process (I don't know what that means) but it has not shipped however there is a manifest.
I'm sure she could have explained it better had I been able to answer the call. Said she would call back Monday to confirm I have received it or for an update.

You live super close to Kentucky. Yours is probably going in a truck overnight. I see no flights going from Louisville to Indianapolis
Well I got charged. No shipping info from ups t mobile or robo lady so maybe I get my phone tomorrow maybe I wait 2 days :/

Romelo G: I have confirmed that your order is no longer in backorder status so it is being processed and you will get a notification thru email or text as soon as it ships. Then it will include the tracking info with the estimated delivery date.

Romelo G: Yes, that is right however there is no specific date yet on the order form. Rest assured that your order is in progress and it is actively processed.

Romelo G: Honestly, for being processed status we can wait within a week. Since your shipping method is expedited the next day then once it ships you will get it within 24 hours from the shipping date.

Yes yes they are. All it is is the asus ac1900 with the tmobile stamp on it and something added for calling over wifi priority. But it is one of the higher end routersOk, i wasn't text by ups as you can see, it was tmo. Sorry, I got a little excited.

9/14 - Ordered 6+ Gold 64GB online, no Jump.
9/15 - My 6+ says backordered.
9/19 - Get email & text saying delivery for 9/22-9/30, TMO status says expected delivery 9/25.
9/23 - Call 3 different CSRs and get different stories. I ask for credit and they give me $11 bill reduction.
9/24 - Fed up with all the conflicting stories from TMO CSRs & order over the phone the 6 Gold 128 GB next day shipping, since it is in stock, but don't cancel order for 6+. I immediately get full CC charge of $295 unlike just the holding $1 charge when the 6+ order was placed on 9/14.
9/25 - Call TMO and ask where is the 6 and told back ordered and will be 4-7 days for in stock, but yesterday you said it is in stock? Got $25 bill credit for next day shipping.
9/25 - About 6PM get UPS tracking email from TMO saying 9/25 delivery, but nothing at the house and UPS tracking shows nothing. Now what? Has it been shipped or has TMO simply created a UPS next day label since they charged me already?
As of this posting, has anybody got confirmation of a 6+ ordered on line on 9/14? Or is TMO just sending out orders up to 9/13?
