My shipping label appeared sometime in the middle of the night, last night (was charged yesterday). I didn't get a shipping text from T-Mobile until about 8:30 this morning. MyTmobile says that it was shipped at 9:49P last night.

Did you receive your device today?
 
I have the JUMP upgrade plan so I'm only getting the 6 if I get EIP credit and no money down since I just got the 5s 6 months ago.

Anyone else trading in their 5s for the 6?? How much credit did you get for your 5s 16g???

No. On the UPS site, it stayed on "order processed: ready for UPS" until 2P when I finally got the origin scan. Apparently, T-Mobile didn't actually get the phone to UPS until then. It's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Some people get theirs in a day, some in two. Not sure what the cutoff is for that.
 
You: Hello, I'm very frustrated. On September 12th I reserved a phone in store. When I went in on the 19th the store informed me that they didn't take reservations and that I was too late.
You: They told me I could order in store and i would get priority because I had Jump! but today my phone just went into backorder status.
You: the order number is🙄🙄

You: I feel as if I have been jerked all around in the last couple of weeks.
Romelo G: I know how you feel about it since there is a high demand for the iphone 6 models. The volume for the preorder online increased so it will be based on the order system since it is a first come first serve system.
You: So It was another lie
Romelo G: Kindly stay connected while I verify the info.
Romelo G: I have confirmed that your order is no longer in backorder status so it is being processed and you will get a notification thru email or text as soon as it ships. Then it will include the tracking info with the estimated delivery date.
You: So it will be shipping soon?
Romelo G: Yes, that is right however there is no specific date yet on the order form. Rest assured that your order is in progress and it is actively processed.
You: Is there an estimated time frame?
Romelo G: Honestly, for being processed status we can wait within a week. Since your shipping method is expedited the next day then once it ships you will get it within 24 hours from the shipping date.
You: Ok thank you for the help and getting my order fixed I appreciate it.





Told my story, didn't receive any credit but I do believe he pushed ahead the priority of my phone.

Which JUMP plan do you have, 1.0 or 2.0? I have the original JUMP 1.0 and used it to get a 5s in February, but I just used it to get a 6+. JUMP is paying off the $425 that I owed for the 5s, and I have to send it in when I get my 6+.

The regular CSR don't give out credit as much

Lol, no router. I never looked into ordering one. I never did any research about it. Are they worth getting?

Mines not updated yet. Yes! Call right now and order a cellspot router. Hopefully it's still free

Good to know, Thanks for responding. I think I have 1.0, $10 extra every month -says upgrade to the latest phone whenever you want...sooo lol. Enjoy your 6+
 
This has been happening every night at around the same time for the past few days. Wondering if it's around this time they update order statuses.
