First time that an email to the Executive Response and John didn't get a response....

Give them a few hours - 24 hours. If they don't answer, write a second email and tell them this is your second time trying to contact them and explain your situation.

Got a authorization charge from T-Mobile this morning and checked twice today still there until about an hour ago. Now it's gone

I'm a "late" pre-order customer. I did mine on 9/16 for a 6 Plus 64GB SG. I am a Jump! customer but didn't order via Jump! as my account is messed up (and still being worked on) which is why I didn't order before the 16th.

Original expected delivery date was to be today, 9/25 which was emailed and texted to me after ordering. No charge, no label via UPS reference, nothing. The only thing that has changed is that on Monday my order status on the website went from "Pre-Order" to "Being Processed." I never had a backorder status. Robolady has always told me my order is being processed and expected delivery is 9/25.

I'm anxious to get my phone, but I know there are people that ordered the same device before me that still have no new info (I knew I should have splurged for the 128GB!). So it's hard to be upset.

But I felt I needed to add a bit more torture. I purchased a BlackBerry Passport last night. Backordered.

Now it's going to be fun to see which device I get first! :rolleyes:

I am in the same situation. My order went to being processed. Then it showed backordered on 9/22. I called Tuesday this week and asked customer service if the estimated delivery date of 9/25 was still accurate. The CS rep assured me that if the 25th was the estimated delivery date it would be here. I explained I needed to know as someone would be at the house and if it was to be a different date I would need to make arrangements and that as of yet I had not received any notification that my device had shipped. She once again assured me it would arrive on the 25th(today.)

I called customer service today. I spoke w/ another CS rep. This time I was told T-Mobile is asking for 7-10 business days beyond the estimate date of arrival estimate. I asked why I was not told this on Tuesday and assured the device would be here. The girl was very nice and did apologize but said it they would need the extra time. At this point I'm a little upset but it's fine(ultimately it's just a phone and I have a perfectly good phone.)

I then asked the girl when would be a reasonable amount of time to allow to pass before calling for an update again as the online system and CS have provided conflicting information. At this time she goes well hold on a second, states she is reading information and current wait times right now for backorders are 6 weeks. Needless to say at this time I'm furious.I've spoke w/ 2 different reps and had 3 different expectations set as to when the device would arrive.

I put T-Mobile on blast on twitter and received a response from T-MobileHelp saying they would assist in any way they can. Once again I'm not mad I have to wait as I worked for Apple for years but the communication and misinformation throughout the whole process have been horrible.
 
Robolady is giving me the processed but not yet available for delivery... I got charged today! I'm hoping I get my phone by tomorrow but I guess I can wait out the weekend :)

if you were able to get next day delivery rejoice because those get delivered on saturdays
 
Anybody who got their card charged today, have you gotten anything through UPS or Tmobile? My card was charged but my order status hasn't changed and nothing is popping up on UPS.

Also don't think Robolady will work for me, the phone I have now until I get my 6 in is from Verizon.

I don't have any UPS info yet and my order status online hasn't changed and I can't get a stupid t-mobile signal to call robolady. :mad: I need this phone so I can actually make and receive calls inside my house.

Does your tracking number work yet?
 
Has anyone heard anything new about the orders starting with S? First time Iphone buyer. Wow is all I have to say about this experience.

I was charged this afternoon but no text msg and nothing has changed on the website.
 
I still got nothing. Today was my original delivery date.
