Do you mind finding out why some of the 12th orders for the 6 Plus 64gb space gray haven't been charged yet? I'm still super confused![]()
I wish I could man, but the contacts I have left work hours ago! If you want honest, and upfront answers call 611 - when you get to the first rep, give a short explanation and ask for a supervisor - once you get to the supervisor ask to be transferred to the Loyalty Department. Even though it's like 9pm PST they are still open, and they are higher than any supervisor you can get to from CS. They won't BS you!

Nada. Just says that there's an unpaid balance (which there isn't) and the account is being handled by a collection agency (also untrue). After that she just gives me the option to repeat what she just says or talk to a representative. Like I said, the phone I'm calling on is from Verizon so I don't think it'll work. /shrug
