I was charged this afternoon but no text msg and nothing has changed on the website.

So I'm not alone! :D Hopefully I'll see activity by the morning or some change at least. Also, does anybody know the link to the more detailed order status look up? The one at the bottom of the T-mobile home page doesn't work for me, and the one in my tmobile hasn't changed in over a week.

So I finally got my tracking number down, called 611 and they confirmed it is shipped out!

Only problem is that when I put it into UPS it says it's tracking information is not yet available haha oh well, im still happy as can be

I still got nothing. Today was my original delivery date.

shown as backordered, No CC charge, no nothing!

Ordered 6+ 64GB space grey, on 9/12


Called robo lady, she said my order was being processed but not shipped. Thats real progress.

Nada. Just says that there's an unpaid balance (which there isn't) and the account is being handled by a collection agency (also untrue). After that she just gives me the option to repeat what she just says or talk to a representative. Like I said, the phone I'm calling on is from Verizon so I don't think it'll work. /shrug
 
I can confirm - once you have been charged (make sure it's for the exact amount you're anticipating) then you should receive shipping info/confirmation within 24 hours!

Do you mind finding out why some of the 12th orders for the 6 Plus 64gb space gray haven't been charged yet? I'm still super confused :(

I wish I could man, but the contacts I have left work hours ago! If you want honest, and upfront answers call 611 - when you get to the first rep, give a short explanation and ask for a supervisor - once you get to the supervisor ask to be transferred to the Loyalty Department. Even though it's like 9pm PST they are still open, and they are higher than any supervisor you can get to from CS. They won't BS you!
 
Figured I would check back here... I am kinda shocked to see some people having to wait still for their orders....

I tried that and they just told me I would have it by the 30th. So I dunno how to feel about it, I'm hoping it'll be charge by tomorrow.
 
Robolady gave me my tracking # not working yet on the ups site but I'm very happy. No more freaking phone calls trying to figure out where the hell is my phone.:D

I have a label, but I'm still waiting on shipping confirmation from tmobile. Still showing as "backordered," and UPS hasn't picked my shipment up yet.

Call from a different phone. I don't see why you can't enter your order number and get the status just because you're on a verizon phone?
