So I know I'm late on this thread I ordered my phone on the 19th I called the 26th and a representative told me my order was cancelled but my website still said "being processed" and that I had to go to the store and order again so I went and the person who helped me couldn't do anything. I called again and they were trying to help and couldn't do anything and my call got disconnected so long story short I called for the 5th time and the last represent told me that there was and error on their system saying that my order was cancelled but it really wasn't cancelled. So now I don't know what to believe! Someone help me figure this out

I actually was surprised that they had any myself. I was expecting them to say no when I asked, but then of course, they said they couldn't cancel my JUMP pre-order in order to purchase the phone in-store, which really sucked! I haven't been by there in a few days, but I doubt that they would have any left or if they've received anymore in stock.
You did come up with a very good idea. If ANYONE reads this board and received a Six Plus and ordered AFTER the 14th and received their device - if you could be kind enough to share your order number to give these users some ammo to deal with TMo customer service, it would be great
Unfortunately, these people are probably long gone from this thread lol. Hopefully a few will respond, I wondered if it would be a privacy issue giving out an order number but without the zip code I don't think it can be looked up by the average person.
Another idea is to make a new thread for the 12-14th preorders who haven't gotten their orders and have everyone (and anyone else willing!) tweet links to it to @johnlegere@tmobile@tmobilehelp@macrumors to try to get their attention collectively. It might be more effective than individual tweets.
Again, just thinking out loud...strength in numbers.

Ordered: 9/12 at 5PM MDT (Denver)/EIP (non-Jump)
Emails/Text: "We will update you n 1-2 days" and "Your order is a priority, we'll update you when we can." I did not get the "9/22-9/30" text.
Calls: 9/20 to Customer Service and then a Manager (Manager said he would follow-up on 9/23 but he never called back) and email to John Legere resulted in call from "Executive Office" (Bill Credit and "should" get it 9/22-9/30 despite not getting that text) *Complained about so many orders being filled out of sequence.
9/24: Credit Card Auth Charged (no other email, text, or update on the website)
9/24: UPS Shipping Label Created
...no movement at all since then, current status: Backordered 09/26/2014 at 11:09:49 PM (date has changed a couple of times).
The couldn't cancel and just sell you one? That's silly. Is it cuz yours is already shipped?
Man, I'm happy to be with T-Mobile now, but getting this phone through them is a fiasco. Would've been easier with AT&T or Verizon but whatever cuz at least there's more store options to buy from. Best Buy, Apple, corporate stores. Unless I wanna buy outright, I'm stuck waiting forever.
So here is an update for you.... I sent tmobile a dm on twitter yesturday about why ppl are having their backorder dates change, I have yet to get a response from them yet lol

Looks like the 6+ SG 64 GB was SUPER popular.... And there are, unsurprisingly, no Sixes on this list. If you preordered a Six and still haven't received your phone there's a good chance something is wrong with your order

LoL, no I wasn't saying you were lying, just that it's unbelievable. What state was this in? I'm just really not wanting to bite the bullet and pay full price up front or order from T-Mobile and have it take 6-8 weeks.

lol, I didn't actually purchase the phone from the store. Merely stated that this particular store in my state did have 128 GB 6+ in store at one point. Of course, you're free to believe what you like, I have no reason to lie.

yeah, it definitely depends on location - just the obvious difference in local demand. I'm in Sacramento and have been told all of Northern CA (and prob SoCal) stores have nothing and don't know when they'll get them. I'd like to think it's because TMob is filling all the orders they already have.

This is not exciting or fun - it's a chaotic grind, and really pierces the veil of Apple's reality distortion field. I mean, what is a iphone6 other than bigger and with applepay? Was I really missing either of those things from my 5S?

I think they were so unprepared. In January when I switched to tmobile, everytime I called they were so nice and seemed like they really wanted to help me and for this launch its like I've been back at Verizon
. Transition period maybe? Regardless, there must be a way to get their attention about this. It's just not right that someone who ordered on opening weekend doesn't have a phone nor an imminent reliable ship date.
