LoL, no I wasn't saying you were lying, just that it's unbelievable. What state was this in? I'm just really not wanting to bite the bullet and pay full price up front or order from T-Mobile and have it take 6-8 weeks.

yeah, it definitely depends on location - just the obvious difference in local demand. I'm in Sacramento and have been told all of Northern CA (and prob SoCal) stores have nothing and don't know when they'll get them. I'd like to think it's because TMob is filling all the orders they already have.

Well I did a jump upgrade on the 13th around 3pm central time and will be getting my iPhone plus SG 64gb tomorrow. Looked at the UPS website and it is already at the sorting facility. Hope all of you guys get yours before they release them in other countries.

I'm not even buying my accessories, until I get a charge or ship date. I don't wanna look at a empty ass case/cover when I have no idea when I will even get the phone. those accessories would be like the ultimate tease. What goodies did you get by the way?

I couldn't help myself. I've got a plastic case, an Apple leather case, an arm band case for running, and a leather belt pouch case (that one hasn't arrived yet). All I can say is that I'll be ready when it gets here.... (oh an I ordered some extra MFi Lightning cables as well...)

It seems so. I am. However, I ordered on 9/16. I may have a bit more of a wait. Although there was someone on here who ordered the same on the 19th and already got their phone. It's completely random at T-Mobile.

I was at best buy today scoping out their very slim selection of cases and the guy told me that they have gotten 1 6+ and they sent an email to the first person who preordered because it's hers but she hasn't come to pick it up yet So if she doesn't come and get it by tonight it will go to the next preorder. He also said that the Verizon and Att stores in town didn't get a single plus yet.

This is an email ident John's office last night.

"This is the second instance that I'm emailing you to enquire about my iPhone order, the first email was never offered a response. It is frustrating anticipating my order since customer care seems, ERT and the t-mobile.com website seem to be each telling a different story.

How is it possible that people who ordered on preorder day don't have their phones as of TODAY? How is it that Apple's OFFICIAL website quotes shipping as 3 - 4 weeks but with T-mobile is 6 - 8 weeks? Doesn't T-mobile get stock from Apple? This is utter madness. Also, there seems to be a severe lack of communication from T-mobile as to the status of the order. Orders are moving from backordered to pending shipping then to backorder again. Is backordered and pending shipping the same or not? This has really been the source of confusion to me and many others. A forum post at macrumors.com really tells the whole story of how us the customers feel with lack of communication.

I understand that T-mobile isn't the only carrier that is having these shipping issues but at least be transparent and upfront with us. How many stock are you getting from Apple each day? How many fulfillment are actually being fulfilled? If you can't tell us outright at least give us a rough estimate. Most of us would settle for a reasonable and practical estimate. That's all.

I got a response 10 minutes ago from Nicole from ERT and she gave me a bill credit and a credit on my shipping. Granted, I cancelled my 9/12 preorder and made an order on 9/21 and essentially moved to the back of the line but all I would like is a consistent reply and and adequate communication. I don't mind waiting but at least give me something concrete.

Who did u send this email to? Was it on "contact us" on tmobile.com or a personal email? Please help

I went with the Neo Hybrid mainly because the back wasn't clear. The only difference I can pick up on is the Ultra Hybrid has a clear back while the Neo Hybrid has the black back. The Neo Hybrid also has metalized buttons which I thought was a nice touch. That's about it as far as I know.

Honestly, you should've gone with the clear back case to go with your (and my) transparent phone.
