Great idea, emailing to the Execs..I like it! Didn't someone say a exec asked them who was supposedly getting their phones before them and to send a list?
I'm a long time T-mo customer, upgraded to JUMP with this order.

UPS is so huge that there's no way they'd help me. There are others in my boat too -- plus it (label/tracking) was generated last week with next-day air, so even if they missed a scan, it would've been here by now.
Tmobile hasn't been any help - seems like they also use UPS track-by-reference as a last resort too, since one of them called me back to tell me my phone was delivered on 9/25 when it was actually my router.

If you look on iDeviceChecker.com there are zero 6 pluses in any capacity or color for T-mobile in the country. Pretty incredible. If you look at Sprint 'the other small carrier' they're much more available.
Executive Team is starting their 72 hour followup calls. She said "There's been no movement on your order and it's still backordered"
"I'm quite aware of that, is there a chance it will be shipped out today?"
"It hasn't been packaged yet and we will call you back Thursday"

They have to be up to something..... There has been closed to 30ish plqnes that have landed the last 3 or 4 days..... And only one early this morning... They have to have all the phone for the orders that need to be filled.....

Nothing. Which is frustrating. I wanted a call back with a tracking number not with information that I ALREADY HAVE.
If there is no tracking info today I'm writing a really mean email. That will be two promises broken. First promise to deliver by launch, now promise to deliver by 9/30. The text said it would be RECEIVED by 9/30 not shipped by.
Can't wait for my call. I should have just ordered from Apple and called it a day.
Yep. I've almost decided to cancel my order, wait a couple of weeks, and just go buy an unlocked Verizon device outright from an Apple store.

I tried that idevice page, and there were like ZERO 6 plus available (T-mo) in my area (Boston) There were some 6+ available through Target tho.

So I ordered the plus 64gb silver on 9/20. Yes very late in this race. Was ordered through the phone. Did digital signature. Order starts with 213xxxxxx. Received a text: Free T-Mobile Msg: Thanks for your order #213xxxxxx . Please note you will receive another message when your device is shipped. And then another one: Free T-Mobile Msg: Thanks for your device upgrade! Find more details on your device at my.T-Mobile.com. If order not authorized, call 611 from a T-Mobile phone. Checked online on MyTmobile and says order pending. Then went to back ordered. Still shows back ordered as of now. I did a source check and it showed estimate ship date of 9/26. Recently checked RoboLady she says order is being processed. And also checked UPS and there isn't any tracking at all. Checked by reference and also have UPS my choice. So hopefully from what I'm reading about shipments is true. Hope I get it tomorrow but I won't get my hopes up until I actually have it in my hand
Update: Still shows back ordered. Back order dates changed from 9/20 to 9/25 to 9/29. I called about why my back order dates changed. One rep said I'll be getting it soon. Next day I called just to verify that information was correct and I spoke with a csr, supervisor, and even a mgr. They all said that it was false information. I'm just so frustrated right now I don't even know what to do anymore

Lol ya no kidding but worst case if each plane was carrying 1million phones each thats 30 million split into 4 and its close to 8.5 million each carrier
