Never in my life have i ever been happier to get a text from bank of america telling me my account has dropped below my requested alert limit lol

Got charged, got a tracking number/label, it was never picked up, never moved - charge dropped off. Not to scare any of you - but a working/moving tracking number is the only assurance that you're getting your phone, not emails/texts/charges.
Even then, I have an Apple Store order for a 6+ for my wife that is stuck in China somehow.

If I had to give any advice to any of you who are still waiting on any update, it's patience. I know that seems redundant but it's the most honest advice I have for you guys at this point.
Anyways, this adventure has finally came to an end for me.

If they don't sort this ish out by Friday. Screw the order and I will probably be canceling my service. I'm happy for everybody who's getting their phones but Igs ridiculous folks who pre ordered should get their phones AFTER those that order after 19th, unicorn or not.

Yeah but when you haven't heard ANYTHING at all and seeing the money get taken off, I'd rather have some activity than none at all.
That's what I said too. But all that changed was my shipping status. Pending Shipping to Backordered.

My order has been on backordered for the longest. I get what you guys are saying, don't get your hopes up, but I still like seeing something other than a backordered status on my order.
I get where you're coming from. Just hope that when the activity begins, that it goes all the way through, like jumping Springfield Gorge. I have a nasty feeling that some of us got started, petered out, and fell off a cliff, and are now worse off than ever before (as evidenced by more 9/13 and 9/14 people getting their orders before 9/12-ers):
