Same here but I had a 9-12-14 order that got cancelled now my order is 9-23-14 we will never see our phone.

would be only fair that since they cancelled your orders you should be able to cancel service w/o penalty and get a phone on another carrier

You only have to have paid off half the EIP to do a JUMP! upgrade, so that's surely why the payoff on hers is only $205.

They're trying to get him to do a trade-in versus allowing him to do JUMP. That's why the amount is only $205, that's what T-Mobile thinks the phone is worth. It looks like the JUMP payoff amount is $400.

Are you a new customer or already have service with T-Mobile? It will only work if your cell service is currently with T-Mobile.
