I might be slow on this, but I thought the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus boxes didn't come with a picture in the front..? Its only suppose to be a silhouette of the iPhone isn't it? Or did they start adding the actually printed picture now?

I noticed that I did not receive tracking info and my card was not charged yesterday. I was hopeful that T-Mobile would stick to their promise of delivery by 9/30 but that seems to not be the case. This makes the second time I was given false information regarding my order. I understand that the phone is in high demand but it seems wrong to outright lie to customers.
I do appreciate that a representative is making followup calls, but if they are only calling to tell me information that I already know, "Your phone is still backordered, it has not shipped", then I don't see any real point to the calls. It would be better to followup with a call with better information to provide clarity into what's going on with the whole situation. It's also odd that the Executive Response and CSR's that have called me have said something along the lines of "Your phone is in a warehouse and just needs packing and shipping." I was told that last week!
Is there any chance of movement on the order this week or will it be pushed back even further? Being told "You will receive it launch day or the day after" then receiving a text and being told "It will definitely be between 9/22 and 9/30" and that not happening either puts a huge damper on my feelings about T-Mobile.
I look forward to a reply with better information than "Your order has not been fulfilled."

Good good, same here, if it is an overnight shipping for today, if it comes not even ups will update fast to show the changes, im not counting on it showing today tbhOOOHH lol, sorry just woke up. Very rare sighting of the unicorn haha

Yep yep, im hoping for today like I was told but not counting on it.The carriers are all struggling to keep their info on iPhone shipments current, and mostly failing. During regular times it can take 6-12 hours for the carriers to bet your order info current. But with the iPhone crush, and the crashing/bogged down of EVERYone's systems, the information you get from T-Moible's order system can be stale by 48 hours.
If your credit card has been charged it's a good bet your phone has shipped. They're not lying - they just can't keep their information on shipment status current.

eek was charged, had the label created, then the charge dropped off and the phone never shipped.
